Tweaking your diet and getting at least 20-30 mins of cardio will also help shed fat there eventually because you cant spot check fat. You can do body weight squats with a chair or bench underneath you so when you bend your knees and hips at the same time going down in the squat position, you sit on the chair/bench and back up this takes a little impact off your knees as your not going the full way down. Avatar f tn If you have a little money to spend, invest in a pair of 5- and 10-pound dumbbells and an exercise ball. Hold the dumbbells and do biceps curls, triceps extensions and side raises to work the arms and shoulders. Hold the weights at your sides as you do lunges and squats. Use the exercise ball to do crunches for your abs, planks for your core and shoulder bridge exercises to work your butt and hamstrings.

My body frame is pear shaped,my weight goes directly to my hips and rump ! Could you give me some healthy eating tips ,I'm also interested in eating clean, and some additional exercises if possible.

I think I can safely attribute that to what I ate yesterday.

Avatar f tn I might go around all day too lazy to workout or not having a chance to workout and then I get to it and in an hour I Am pain FREE! Feel s like a blessing. -PAIN! Pain might intensify right after cardio and stretching. It can be 1-3 minutes pain that cracks the bottom of your skull but them comes immediate relief. Lay in a recovery position till pain subsides. -if complete relief does not come? You are not working hard enough. You got to really gather your will and DO IT like you mean it.
