Common Questions and Answers about Weight tracker and progress chart

Avatar f tn When your tracker is open, if you scroll down, you will see your stats and progress in a box just under the tracker. You can also add that to your profile, so you can see it without having to open the tracker. In the upper right of the stats box, you can click on "Add to profile", and it will put a widget/box on your profile for easier viewing. I hope this helps, but let us know if you have further questions/concerns/requests.
10947 tn?1281407852 Really nice, but I'd like an exercise called "interval training" and to be able to view my whole weight tracker graph at once so I can see my overall progress. Like a zoom feature maybe.
222117 tn?1227072847 The button looks like it has gears on it. Then look for the Weight Percentiles Chart and the Height Percentiles Chart and add them. Since you're new to MedHelp, you may not know what Baby Pages are, so I've included a link to more information about Baby Pages. If you would like to add a Baby Page, click the little "+" tab next to Profile and click Baby Page.
Avatar n tn for two years, and from the beginning, he hasn't lost ANY weight! And his doctor had him taking 1000mg AM, and PM. He is diabetic. I think you changing what you're eating, the amount you eat, and walking more often is the reasons why you loose weight! And also, it is VERY, VERY unhealthy to loose 19LBS in 1 week! If that's what is happening you should eat more Cal's! I've never meet a doctor who would be OK with ANYONE losing that much so fast!
664382 tn?1280914155 Persistance is the key I did it before and lost alot of weight, got into a relationship and did'nt bother, the weight crept on and got harder to loose. I will take on board everything you wrote and will go over it again tonight when I am home, I just needed some encourgement and input from someone else, I feel better to know I am alone in this weight battle, I will suceed. Once again thanks for your time.
Avatar m tn 8) Get a weight tracker on here and chart your progress - use the journal feature to share with supportive friends on here your highs and lows and accept their advice and friendship and use it as crutches when you need to. 9) Allow yourself a little of what you fancy, occasionally. And build in a reward for a good week - if you lose weight spoil yourself, if it has to be edible thats okay - but could be a new item of clothing, a book, a DVD, make up, jewelery etc...

522699 tn?1250594316 But then I just look at my tracker and try to look at progress and goals from a long-term perspective. You're doing great! I know you say the daily weigh-in is ok for you, but please do be careful. Sometimes a harmless habit can turn into a problem. Even though that does not apply to you, it's still worth saying for others reading this. I like that "next meal -new start - get back on track" thinking! If I skip exercising, or if I have a 2nd helping, I have mini-pity parties!
Avatar n tn Need to take some measurements before I can proceed with the weight tracker. Also do a for-sure weigh in. May even take a before picture with our new camera. Not comfortable doing this as I hate my picture taken right now but if I am sincere it would be nice down the road to have this as a visual reference. I pray God will walk with me and give me the wisdom and discipline to stick with this.

Avatar f tn Without knowing your age and height and weight (and current mendical condition) I would advise that you spend a week writing down everything you eat and the calorific value. And buy a pedometer and wear it all day and write down your daily steps taken. After this week of fact finding, determine to improve each day, your calorie intake should be around 1500-2000 depending on your height, weight and age and you should be finally aiming for 10,000 steps a day.

563738 tn?1217068510 It wasn't until I joined Weight Watchers and REALLY, AND TRULY followed the program completely that I made any progress at all. There is nothing about the Jenny Craig program that should make you vomit simply by eating their food. If the vitamins made you vomit, just take a good multivitamin with it. I would be baffled as to why you would vomit after eating their food. I'm glad you are considering doing something about your weight.

390388 tn?1279639813 Type 2 diabetes is usually reversible so if your weight is under control and your diet figured out you might not even need the pills, but for now it is better to do whatever you can to prevent it from getting out of control (take that from someone who ended up going blind). i'm sure a pill is worth it in comparison to one day possibly losing your vision, right? Also, when it comes to diet try to stay away from refined foods.
