Common Questions and Answers about Free weight tracker chart

Avatar m tn Hi, I think the graph tracker is excellent, especially considering it is a free service! But one improvement I think it desperately needs is a better way of representing the numbers on the x-axis of the graph i.e. the weight. It is difficult to see what a line actually represents. To clarify what I mean, its not obvious if a dot on the graph means 14, 15 or something in between like 14.5. Its not just me being stupid, I asked friends and family for their opinions too and they agree with me.
961490 tn?1260627260 I really like the personal athlete tracker page with a history tracker at the bottom, a chart on the top right, and calendars on the left for easy access. There are a few things I would want to change, and this is why I sought and found MedHelp- Instead of check boxes for missing days exercising, I would want my choice of what to put in the box, and that will chart- I would enter for myself 3 important things to remember: meditation, alcohol use, and I'm not sure what my 3rd item would be.
1083673 tn?1388892238 I have gained weight the past few weeks and I am now at 270 when I had been loseing it. The weight tracker hasn't been updated so it is wrong. Plus I am having cramps when I normally only cramp at o and before and during AF. Please help. Can some one please look at my chart or this and tell me what they think is going on before I go tomorrow.
Avatar m tn 8) Get a weight tracker on here and chart your progress - use the journal feature to share with supportive friends on here your highs and lows and accept their advice and friendship and use it as crutches when you need to. 9) Allow yourself a little of what you fancy, occasionally. And build in a reward for a good week - if you lose weight spoil yourself, if it has to be edible thats okay - but could be a new item of clothing, a book, a DVD, make up, jewelery etc...
2060307 tn?1389578835 Hi there - It looks like you started using the tracker on Feb. 26, so click on that date on the tracker, and click the "x" next to your weight. You can then click on "weight" in the Chart window, and add the correct weight. Let us know if you need further assistance.
579258 tn?1250652943 If you are one who is not comfortable with weighing daily, then I encourage you to commit to weighing twice a week and recording it on your MedHelp weight tracker. 2. Clean Your Cupboards - Throw out any trigger food and stock your pantry and refrigerator with lean meats, whole grains, fresh/frozen fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy and a few snacks such as sugar-free Popsicles, 100-calorie popcorn or nuts.
Avatar n tn I would say that it is a 50/50 chance whether you would lose weight in the long run as the product wasn't designed as a weight loss product. (but I'm not a doctor so your dr. might be able to tell you what to expect).
579258 tn?1250652943 Would also urge you to start the Weight Tracker and Mood Tracker as they can be essential in helping us in our weight loss journeys and provide the historical data that provides us with so much information! Sunshines wishes ...

168348 tn?1379360675 Congratulations on getting the weight and the cholesterol down! I had a heck of a time with it when I first found out I had high cholesterol. As for the Vit D, the research is showing that the sun is not always the best way to get our Vit D. That taking the tablet is actually better! You can't overdose on it. You would have to take 50,000iu for 6 months and even then you would only have mild toxicosis! So you would be best to continue with it! You could drop down the dose later on.

168348 tn?1379360675 Free T3 and Free T4. I would also ask them to do some antibody testing for graves and Hashimoto's Autoimmune thyroid disease. Hope you feel better soon!
1322915 tn?1301614849 If you do get into that you may even want to look at using the exercise and weight tracker also. Try to set a realistic long term goal as well, something to work towards. For me it was a triathlon a year after I joined the club. Most people when they start try to enter one the following week but I just set it for the following year and used the year to get well and if I was fit enough to do it when it came around great I'd do it but if not postpone it for the following year.
950954 tn?1271214487 as far as tracking goes you can start by charting you body basal temp, or use opk's, the ovulation tracker on this site is pretty helpful..I chart BBT, and use opk's. you can also chart your cervical mucus. there a lot of steps less invasive than IVF. Are you on clomid? or any drug to help you ovulate?
390388 tn?1279639813 Anyway, watching your diet is crucial because at this point with extra insulin being produced by your pancreas anything you eat (with the help of the medication) the insulin will store it for energy which makes it really easy to put on weight. If you start to put on too much weight the insulin resistance gets worse and then not only do you have to battle diabetes but you have to battle weight problems. So do what you can now. hope that helps.
Avatar f tn ) SO, if any one can give me help finding a doctor in Los Angeles who will deal w/ FREE T-3 and FREE T-4, I would be so very appreciative. I am currently relying on my pcp and my own wits. I have a multi-nodular goiter, which has gotten slightly smaller with medication. I am due for a new ultrasound in the spring. My anti-body tests are negative, but my sister has Hashi's.
299260 tn?1304219705 ) I hope the outcome is what you've been waiting for!!! :) dnikki- The progesterone supplements always delayed my period a day, but it's defintely different on everyone. Is this your first cycle on them? I wouldn't stop them just yet, b/c you just never know. AF will come if you're not pregnant, even while taking them. It just affects everyone differently. Good luck! Oh, mommyin09 and I don't test unless we really, really think it's going to be +ve!
Avatar f tn 1) Peeing sugar. so with that result and my chart of recent blood sugars obviously my sugar is way too high. 2) Peeing protein.... big sign of preeclamsia. yay 3) Measuring 4 wks ahead...
Avatar f tn I'm not very happy with one women's comment on my question i posted. I simply posted asking if my chart perhaps looked triphasic to anyone and this was the response i got from some women who probably has never had to work hard for her bfp; "Is it just me or are a lot of chart posters lately trying to see triphasic patterns where they simply are not? Everyone seems to forget that a triphasic chart involves a 3rd sustained shift in temp's 7-10 DPO, not 2 or 3 DPO.
299260 tn?1304219705 Starting an exercise routine can definitely make changes to your hormones especially if you are losing weight. Well...I will continue to dance in my PJs and hope that Friday's u/s shows a nice big follie!!!! Keyan - Glad you are keeping busy and that your next LAP is coming up soon. Time is flying! Dnikki - Definitley hope your cyst is gone after all of this. Not sure what to think about the pink. Maybe from bd'ing? Hopefully it goes away and AF shows when she is supposed to!

Avatar f tn After 25 days, I dont think of smoking much anymore but traded my addiction for jelly beans! They are fat free by the way and so is candy corn. My advice is let go and let god. He has more staying power than we do.
Avatar f tn I love yall but yall got to go =) lol Vanessa I was looking at you tracker and noticed you had started bcp maybe that helped regulate something even though it was only a short time? Or did you do anything else different? lol maybe I should keep taking mine.
Avatar f tn I want to make sure we give it a good try this month and if we're unsuccessful I'll chart again next month. This is only month two, but last month when I was charting I was constantly thinking about it. I'm just going to give my mind a break this month, no need for extra stress during the holidays...I may stop temping until AFTER the new year. After the new year, I don't have anything to worry about until May when we leave Korea...5 stress free months.
