Avatar n tn I wouldn't listen to the weight chart thing, I'm nearly 35 weeks amd ever since a set up this app it has been telling me av been gaining too much weight, av never worried as think it is probably better to be gaining to much than not enough.

1101132 tn?1263780302 I guess it doesn't show it when you don't chart your temps, but when you record your temps, it will show a line on the chart for your ovulation day. When you record a pos OPK, it'll put the line on the following day since you ovulate 24-48 hrs after the LH surge. Then the spot where you can check ovulation day is where you can override it and choose your own day (it'll add a line for that day marked "Self").

Because I think that I have to. It does read the temp to 2 decimal points, right? Well ok. Well what the heck, all the BBT charts that I find out there online only record to one decimal point & the charts are so freekin' tiny that you can't add to it anyway even if you want to.

Google image pregnancy week to month chart it will look like this 1-4=1 5-8=2 9-13=3 14-17=4 18-21=5 22-26=6 27-30=7 31-35=8 36-40=9 Count it however you'd like either way you're pregnant for 40 weeks but that chart is what most doctors go by.

Avatar f tn They sent me home with a book of meal plans (great selections) a meter and strips and a log chart. I had to check my blood before eating in the morning, and then every 4 hours after that. I had to record all of my logs down. Hope things get better! Good luck hun!

Avatar f tn That depends on your frame size, as well as your age. Your frame size is how large your bones are. Here's a bit of height weight chart, that pertains to your height, but only if you are an adult female. If you're not an adult, the figures would be different.

I had a c-section about 6 weeks ago and I really want to start on some type of exercising to lose about 40lbs and stay fit. I'm 5'9 wt 200lbs. my height hides most of my weight but I feel miserable being overweight with a big tummy, thigh and hips. ........When I stopped smoking my weight jumped from 150lb to 186lb in less than a year and then 20 more after my 6mo pregnancy.
Avatar m tn s not a good idea to start with heavy weight right on. So when you start you should be doing 2X12 or 15 with light weight then gradually increase weight then go for 3X12 and when you feel comfortable you can go for mass building which is 2X6 or 7 with heavy weights. To know what is the appropriate weight you have to be barely able to lift the 6th or 7th repetition. If you have no problem doing all the 7 repetitions then it's time to add weight.
