Sounds to me like she may need at least an xray to see if there is a blockage in her intestines----This is very serious and urgent that you let the Vet do what he needs to do . Is the food bought from a grocery store for example or bought from your vet ? Does she throw up her food every day? You mentioned you were considering force feeding your kitty. Please don't do that. I think that would make the situation worse.
