Avatar f tn I do two things to help me not be hungry while dieting, first i snack on a 180 calorie pack of sunflower seeds, it takes me my whole work day to finish and keeps my mouth busy so im not snacking on high calorie stuff. ..plus they come in many flavors do its not boring. Secondly i do the volumetrics diet. Its based on the normal weight loss principles of low calorie, low fat but teaches you to choose items that will fill you up faster (ie-grapes instead of raisins).

I had to greatly reduce the amount of processed food that I was eating. I started buying more raw groceries and cooking most of my food. Now, I am very happy with the way I eat, because I feel so much better. My sense of taste has changed. Now I can appreciate natural food, without the added salt, suger, and fat that is found in the processed foods that I used to eat.

Avatar f tn You have to do things slowly, you have to make a plan. The plan should be not of what you want to do, but who and how do you want to be. Once you figure that out make a schedule that you can keep. Nothing harsh or extreme that will make you exhausted just by thinking. Maybe cut white sugars first week and exercise 15 minutes. Than cut white flour next week and add 5 minutes to your exercising. If you are searching for help you already started the process.

One day he was eating directly from a small sized plastic bag of sunflower seeds using the same fingers that was coming into direct contact with his saliva and mouth. He was doing this repeatedly for over 15 minutes. I came in from another room and grabbed a handful and threw it directly inside of my mouth. When I realized the way he was eating out of the bag and that it bothered me, it was too late. I talked to him, he said it was no big deal.

When I received the summary I was thinking "Oh my gosh, what else is wrong with me!" LOL The A-fib seems to occur without symptoms...well other than palpitations, but that doesn't really effect my life like the symptoms I feel with the tachycardia.

I googled this and it came up all about drugs. Which i dont do. I recently had my wisdom teeth pulled and am on pain killers but haven't took but a couple of them. Would that have anything to do with this or what? I'm confused as to why this is on my summary. Any advice is welcome.

You should be eating around your BMR and less than TEE for weight loss. Since then Ive tried to remain calm and wait. My boyfriend however feels guilty as hell, has passed out, and has stopped eating. One was eatting 6x a day with a certain amount of starches, grains, fruits, veggies etc. I had a list of how much i had to eat at each different time, that was when i was struggleing more with bulimia. When my anorexica/bulimia were both acting up at the same time, i was on 1200 cal. meal plan, but i could eat whatever i wanted on it.
