Below is a link to an article I found highlighting that Viagra can permanenty damage the valves in the penis leading to permanent impotence especially in young men who take it more as a performance enhancer. I was wondering if there was any truth to this. While I have not had a persistent erection for 24 hours, my guy has definately appeared to be fuller and have a larger girth than previously.
