Avatar m tn It was very frustrating as a kid and led to some serious depression and thoughts of suicide.. Fast forward to today, I am almost 30 years old and I am not only taking Viagra to reach and maintain an erection, but I also have this other sensitivity issue where if I masterbate 48 hours before sexual intercourse, I cannot reach orgasm, even when using Viagra, I just don't feel anything down there, and forget about multiple orgasms at the time, the second round just feels like skin on rubber...
Avatar n tn **** rings can be very effective for some men in helping to ease the problems associated with erectile dysfunction; however, they do not work for all men, nor do they work all the time for any one man. Consult with a doctor first to see if there are reasons why this may not be the best path for you to take; if he says it is okay, be sure that you do not wear a **** ring that is too tight or wear it for too long; hampering the blood flow for too long a period of time does carry some risk.
Avatar f tn I have a medicine induced erectile dysfunction for a few years. I sometimes take viagra or cialis, but it doesn't work very well so I am looking for other things. I'd like to try vitaros, but I have a curved penis, which is a contraindication for alprostadil treatement. So my question is : is curvature an absolute contraindication, and can it sometimed be prescribed to men who have a curved penis ? My penis has always been curved in erection.
Avatar m tn If you are young -- under the age of 30 your erectile dysfunction is probably due to performance anxiety and you don't need Viagra. If you are older then get proper Viagra made by Wyett.
Avatar m tn Please take the Generic Viagra 20 to 30 minutes before the sexual activity to enjoy the effect of Apcalis to its fullest. According to the study, in which 300 men suffering with the erectile dysfunction were asked that they prefer which drug (Levitra, Viagra, or apcalis) for the best sex. The answer given by the majority of men was Apcalis. Thus, you can also chose Apcalis and enjoy sex anytime in the day.
Avatar m tn Like most men, I recently visited my doctor about some possible ED issues (sometimes slow to get erection, sometimes not lasting). Issues that occurred about 50% of the time. As my doctor told me, "About 95% of men will have some sort of issue. Then other 5% are lying." So, with that reassurance, he prescribed me Viagra. The next opportunity I had to make love to my wife I took 1/2 pill and had no issues whatsoever.
Avatar m tn Hi there, I'm an otherwise healthy 43-year old male. I've been taking Viagra for the last several years, about weekly (I do so because I have problems using condoms without it). After I take it, I experience vision problems for about a week after. Namely, I have starry vision and problems seeing in the dark (particularly walking from a lighted room into a dark room.
Avatar m tn Hi - I recently was having sex(with a condom) and one of the blood vessels that are under the foreskin just burst about half an inch or less from the tip of the penis, it looks like a minor cut. I had retracted the foreskin before putting the condom on. It was a scary moment when I saw the blood inside the condom. I removed the condom and had to hold on tight to stop the bleeding.
Avatar n tn Since they both independently dilate the blood vessels, it is conceivable that together they could lower the blood pressure too much. So Viagra is usually not recommended for men with high blood pressure. However, if he has vascular damage which is affecting erections, he should see consult his cardiologist to determine whether Viagra, Cialis, etc. are safe for him. Unless your partner has physiological factors which inhibit erection, there are other many other avenues to explore.
Avatar m tn Narcotics can absolutely effect many aspects of your health, including sexual drive. Also, as we age our sexual drive decreases. The use of Viagra is for men only, but I recommend that you talk with your physician regarding your concern. I'm sure your health will be re-evaluated, before your physician will be able to prescribe any further medication. Many people your age have a very satisfying sexual life, but please go and have a second opinion....it's fixable....good luck!

139792 tn?1498585650 Usually men over 40 that experience erectile dysfunction relates to a physical problem or some underlying medical condition, ie. diabetis, high blood pressure, etc. Men under 40 that experience erectile dysfunction usually relates to something psychological, i.e. performance anxiety.
Avatar n tn my doctor says it is because of masturbating out of limit, but he can not give me a solution.I think it is early for me to have viagra or something like this.please help me.
Avatar n tn Definitely check in with your health care provider before using viagra and heart medication. Viagra was accidentally discovered to work for ED when being studied for it's affects on the heart. They always ask you if you are taking this. Men taking ED medications can not take nitrates as a general rule.
Avatar f tn There is a lot of misunderstanding of this out there. Viagra and Cialis without sex drive equals an erection that allows for sex but no satisfaction to the male if there is no drive. Low testosterone causes low sex drive and erectile dysfunction. I give myself prscribed shot of testosterone twice a month which definitly brings back your sex drive but sex drive if you cant get an erection is probably worst that not having it, so I also take prescribed Viagra on occasion.
Avatar m tn My doctor gave me a prescription for Viagra AND Cialis as soon as I mentioned problems maintaining erections for many years. I started by taking half-doses of each and got to my perfect mix. Viagra is for when I need pretty immediate results, or want to be absolutely steady erect for a few hours. I take Cialis when a little background help is required, and I'm not in a rush - because it is kind of self activated and takes longer to kick in.
Avatar f tn I am just trying to find out if occasional use of viagra would be safe or a risk to take.
Avatar n tn There’s some evidence that TriMix or similar injections to produce erections may help restore erectile function for men who’ve had prostate surgery. Even w/ modern nerve-sparing techniques, the nerves that are responsible for erections are traumatized during the procedure because they need to be very delicately ‘peeled’ away from the prostate before it’s removed, and it can take several months or even up to 2 yrs or longer for the nerves to ‘wake up’ again.
Avatar n tn Most of my life I have had a normal sex life. During my early years I would get bored easy so I would cheat or go find a prostitute or watch a lot of porn. I am in my early 40's now (and in my 30's with other normal relationships) I have had a fear of getting/maintaining an erection. I currently do use viagra which helps however when I get an erection I seem to ejactulate very quick. I dont feel i really need the viagra since I can masterbate whenever I choose to.
Avatar m tn Hi. I'm glad you found the information helpful. I don't know what you mean by "spice things up" but I can tell you that l-arginine is not going to increase your desire or have any effect--unless, of course, you totally believe it will, in which case you may get a mild placebo effect. As for Viagra, I'll tell you what I tell everyone: Viagra does one thing and one thing only: increases blood flow to your penis.
