Nothing to worry about, and nothing having to do with sex, either, at this young age. Even adult men regularly get erections in their sleep that don't have anything to do with wet dreams or sexy stuff. Below is a link to an article I found highlighting that Viagra can permanenty damage the valves in the penis leading to permanent impotence especially in young men who take it more as a performance enhancer. I was wondering if there was any truth to this. While I have not had a persistent erection for 24 hours, my guy has definately appeared to be fuller and have a larger girth than previously.
