So I went to an urologist and did an ultrasound. The results were perfect. The doctor blamed on stress and anxiety.

m just wondering, do you have sex with others, how old are you, and how did you get a prescription for Viagra if you're a young guy who mostly masturbates at this point in your life. The main cause of ED are mental issues. Sometimes we're just tired or feeling blah and it doesn't work and then, because a partner is involved, we get scared and it escalates into a more chronic problem.
Thanks for the advice. I went to a urologist yesterday and he took some blood and urine tests. He basically said that it's either a metabolic issue (possibly low testosterone) or it's anxiety based. He had no hesitation in writing an Rx for Viagra but I stressed that I don't want to take it if there is another option. Hopefully the lab work will provide some answers.
Well most guys will last longer the second time around after they come the first time. Viagra isn't just for older guys. Theres plenty of guys who have problems with sexual performance even though they're otherwise young and healthy. Maybe he does have some issue that could be medically treatable? 31 isn't old by any stretch but its not so young that its unbelieveable or impossible that something could be going on.

I was diagnose with clogged arteries over a year ago. I even had a stent put in because one of my arteries was ecluded. I still had stable angina every time I did some for of cardio activity or is I ate something with sodium. I started using Nitroglycerin patches and even have the pills just in case my angina episode occurs.

Okay little embarrassed talking about this but your or anyone else's advice would be really helpful! We did try to have sex with a condom but it just wasn't working because he wasn't fully erect. We tried that for ages. Then we tried without a condom for a few minutes but that also didn't get us anywhere so we gave up. Would I still need to have an STD test? He is quite young (22) so I am assuming this was due to large amount of alcohol we drank the night before.

Also, some meds for high BP have a side effect of inhibiting erectile function (EF) - there’s an article on Web MD called ‘ Blood Pressure Medications and Erectile Dysfunction’ that speaks to this. HCTZ is one that can have that effect. But the article mentions some that may actually help w/ EF, so talk to your Dr.

Entirely normal, it is not in a kid's control. Sometimes when we would change our baby's diaper, there would be his little tiny penis sticking up to the sky. The first time my husband noticed this, he laughed so hard, he didn't know a little baby would get erections and apparently thought it was hilarious. Kulsoom, it's just a biological reaction. Nothing to worry about, and nothing having to do with sex, either, at this young age.
I strongly suggest that before you start taking yohimbe you schedule a visit with your doctor. Yohimbe has several potential negative side effects. I also wonder about the long term use of Viagra and Cialis, since you started with them at a fairly young age. If you haven't had a checkup for over a year, start out with that for an overall health assessment. You can mention your erection situation at that time or then see a urologist.
Is it safe for hepatitis b patients to take Viagra so they can get hard errection? Will Viagra cause any damage to liver in hepatitis b patients?
Other than the viagra, are you taking any medications? Psych meds are well known for causing sexual side effects, for example.
Even though you are tall, strong, with a deep voice, etc., it doesn't mean you don't have hormone issues. Low testosterone could also contribute to your sleep and depression, for example, as could a thyroid problem, or a heart condition.
That Viagra isn't working for you is significant.
