Baytril and Orbax are both the same antibiotic. The difference is that Baytril is given twice daily and Orbax is given once daily. Both are specific for gram negative bacteria and in most cases are effective to clear up urinary tract infections.

s possible that it has turned into a Kidney Or Bladder Infection.....These conditions are very painful in dogs just as they are in humans.....I mean extremely painful!!!!!
This will only get worse without treatment......You need to get into your Vet ASAP (Tomorrow) & get her some help......Oral Antibiotics will be given after a Urine Sample is cultured......
They will want to see her for a followup to make sure the infection has cleared after her Antibiotics......
