Avatar n tn 1 month later he was not saticfied with the drop in cholestoral so he put me on a fairley new drug called Trilipix. I take 10mg of lisinopril for high blood pressure, 10 mg of crestor, and 145mg of trilipix. After being put on the trilipix I started felling tired and having stomache problems (constipated and cramping). I went back to have my a1c check last week and it was 8.0.

163305 tn?1333668571 His administration would house 50 homeless veterans who had federal vouchers for housing but no luck convincing a landlord to rent to them. Politicians' pledges can be meaningless, but this one is panning out. So far, 54 veterans who had vouchers at the start of 2012 have been housed. The previous average wait time between receiving a voucher and finding housing was 270 days. Now, it's 83. The Department of Veterans Affairs awarded the city $2.
Avatar f tn Woman infant and children. They give you monthly vouchers for food and when baby comes they help provide formula and when the baby hits 6 months they provide baby food. If your a breastfeeding mom they continue to provide you with food vouchers but you can only get certian wic approved food.
Avatar f tn Wic stands for women, infants, children. They give u vouchers for food while pregnant. Then when u have ur baby they will give u vouchers for formula if u formula feed and give u food for a while too. Once ur baby starts eating they will give u Gerber and once ur child can eat solid food they will give u vouchers up until the child is 5. U get things like milk,eggs,cheese,bread/tortillas,beans/peanut butter and they also give fruit/vegetable vouchers. U should sign up. It's a great help!
Avatar f tn I had to fill out some paperwork, talk about my income and how much we spend on bills, and talk to a nutritionist. They also checked my iron and weight. Then I got the vouchers.
Avatar f tn If you're not breastfeeding they'll stop giving you vouchers for yourself after 6 months but baby will still get it!
Avatar f tn The place I'm at won't accept those kind of vouchers I've tried and I'm on food stamps

Avatar f tn s were deployed and were unable to work. Women received vouchers to help supplement their diets and take stress off them while their s.o. was serving their country. I have never heard of a woman being denied wic (im sure its happened), but its only meant to be a small helping hand. They design your supplement off your dietary needs. So if you plan to bf your food benefits are different than if you plan to formula feed.

Avatar f tn I have wic and they give you a couple different vouchers. For milk and juice, veggies and fruit and also cereal. Theres bread and peanut butter too but its all free when you have your vouchers.. they explain how to use them when you go to your first appt. For wic. I personally love it. Helps me out a lot. .

Avatar n tn Here are the meds I am own - Questran - 1 packet for irritable bowl, Prozac for OCD, Allergy Injections, Methyldopa for blood pressure, and Trilipix for Triglycerides (nearly 1000), and Vitamin D. I am only 30!! I am overwieght but work hard to get rid of it with little or no results. They even checked me for Cushings. My TSH is low at 0.3 and I have a Goiter but no known thyroid problem. I have acne. Anyone know what could be causing my heartburn to be so severe?

Avatar f tn t remember getting anything except a bounty pack after the delivery which was the usual samples and vouchers. Nothing of use for baby except maybe a nappy. They provided a tens machine for labour. Everything else I took in. For labour i took a flannel, lip balm, CDs (they had a player), nightie, food and drink for hubby - can't remember anything else! Essentially if you want something for the event take it in yourself.
315318 tn?1353251800 Recently , I was prescribed a fenofibrate (Trilipix 135 mg) along with Crestor. My cardio wanted this for helping in getting my triglycerides down. I have not had a lipid profile done since starting on this med two months ago. However, since being a diabetic , I check my blood glucose (BG) many times during the day and what I am noticing is a clear trend in the BG numbers going lower at least over the last month or so.
8827648 tn?1400799478 s market this week where we could pick fresh farm produce in addition to the regular vouchers we receive. Well I get there and registration for the special vouchers was OUTSIDE and the line was wrapped around the building. It was around 10 AM but I live in GA and it was already 87 degrees but the humidity had the heat index in the mid nineties. 8023513 tn?1404352955 Next weekend my fiance and I are going away to Mt Buller for our anniversary, while I've never gone skiing before we have vouchers in our package to it.. I'd love to give it a go - just on the beginner slope/kids slope but I'm not sure if I'd be pushing myself too far? I'll be 25 weeks along.
4402502 tn?1355342665 Right after my daughter was born, when she was about 2 months old, I went to walmart to get formula with my wic vouchers. The problem was, when I got all $150 worth of formula up there, the lady told me the vouchers had just expired. I must have grabbed the wrong ones when I left the house. I told her I would have to get them later, and the lady behind me said "oh I'll get it" I was so surprised and blown over.
Avatar m tn I agree. The benefits outweigh the few, (if any at all) side effects from taking the benzo's every day for over six years. I'm 26 now without insurance, and they are the cheapest of the meds I am on. Trilipix is 184USD, Crestor is 189USD, and even generic gabapentin is 154USD. Lexapro is about 140UDS. Generic Klonopin is about 10USD. Remeron is about the same. And Inderal is 4USD. This is all per month, and I need every one of them.
