220090 tn?1379167187 "The federal government is sending each of us a $600 rebate. If we spend that money at Wal-Mart, the money goes to China. If we spend it on gasoline it goes to the Arabs. If we buy a computer it will go to India. If we purchase fruit and vegetables it will go to Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala. If we purchase a good car it will go to Germany. If we purchase useless **** it will go to Taiwan and none of it will help the American economy.
1530342 tn?1405016490 A year ago Njoku, a construction worker, had just purchased his first home and qualified for a federal rebate for first-time home buyers on his tax return. He says he requested to have the rebate deposited directly into his Chase bank account in Auburn, Wash., but when the IRS rebate arrived, he found out that Chase had closed his account because of overdrawn checks. The bank deducted $600 to cover what he owed and mailed Njoku a cashier's check of $8,463.21 to make up the difference.
Avatar m tn I have been on Lisinopril (bp) for 5 years and Trilipix and Simvastatin (cholesterol) for the last 3-4 years.

I am only 30!! I am overwieght but work hard to get rid of it with little or no results. They even checked me for Cushings. My TSH is low at 0.3 and I have a Goiter but no known thyroid problem. 9121436 tn?1407979502 t qualified for the $80 rebate I have waited 6 weeks for. Then I spent 2 hours to finally figure it out and actually lost it on a worker at the company because I was 4 days past due on my payments and he kept bugging me to pay even though I made it clear I would call back I just need the rebate number. They fixed it but I had to drive an hours to sign a paper to get it. Then I went into the bathroom and the people upstairs moved out but forgot to mention their toilet was leaking.
315318 tn?1353251800 Recently , I was prescribed a fenofibrate (Trilipix 135 mg) along with Crestor. My cardio wanted this for helping in getting my triglycerides down. I have not had a lipid profile done since starting on this med two months ago. However, since being a diabetic , I check my blood glucose (BG) many times during the day and what I am noticing is a clear trend in the BG numbers going lower at least over the last month or so.
Avatar m tn I agree. The benefits outweigh the few, (if any at all) side effects from taking the benzo's every day for over six years. I'm 26 now without insurance, and they are the cheapest of the meds I am on. Trilipix is 184USD, Crestor is 189USD, and even generic gabapentin is 154USD. Lexapro is about 140UDS. Generic Klonopin is about 10USD. Remeron is about the same. And Inderal is 4USD. This is all per month, and I need every one of them.
Avatar m tn twice a day, Amlodipine Bensylate 5mg. once a day, Trilipix 135mg. once a day and Ibuprofen 600mg. when needed. Pravastatin Sodium 40mg. once a day and Alprazolam 1mg. twice a day. I have been to my doctor and have told him about it and he just says, its anxiety. Does anyone know what might be causing this ?? I am tired of hearing that it is anxiety ! Please help !!!!!!!!!!!
Avatar f tn Peel Health Campus tell me that medicare offers no assistance / rebate for ultrasounds & I will be out of pocket $190.00 I am seriously extremely confused to say the least especially as friends & family who have just had ultrasounds / babies have been bulk-billed for all ultrasounds or had a $70-$90 check paid to who done their ultrasound by medicare.

Avatar f tn Lets forget about pain meds for the moment. Does the Neuro not have you on any preventative meds? Topamax, Trilipix, Trileptal, Inderal, etc? If not, you need to discuss that with the doctor. He needs to be on preventative meds. Treating migraines is a marathon and not a sprint. It takes time to find out what medication or combo of medications will work. Now, as far as pain pills....or...abortive meds. There are meds out there that specifically attack migraines.
Avatar n tn What should I do and what should I expect from the dentists when I bring this up to them? Am I not entitled to some sort of price break or rebate here?
Avatar f tn Then I get a bunch of little stuff, games for their leapster learning pad, Clothes, and little toys here and there. My oldest son just got a bike with our tax rebate check, so a bike isn't in need for mine, and Aiden is to small, so he has a tricycle. Other than that I get a bunch of action figures, bubbles and bubble blowers, just all around fun stuff and stocking stufferes, I usually get bath toys, like water crayons and so forth.
739070 tn?1338603402 I guess my only choice is to go back and appeal their mandate that I have to use their pharmacy for my specialty drug and see if I can use one of the SS pharmacies that rebate/cover the copay back to the patient. Why do things that are so simple and obvious to us have to be so complicated to the bureacrats? I am so, so sorry that your disability is still hanging out there - is there any way to light a fire under them through your hr department or a legal affairs office?
