Avatar n tn 1 month later he was not saticfied with the drop in cholestoral so he put me on a fairley new drug called Trilipix. I take 10mg of lisinopril for high blood pressure, 10 mg of crestor, and 145mg of trilipix. After being put on the trilipix I started felling tired and having stomache problems (constipated and cramping). I went back to have my a1c check last week and it was 8.0.
Avatar f tn Thank you for answering my question. Yes I take trilipix and lipitor.
Avatar m tn I have been on Lisinopril (bp) for 5 years and Trilipix and Simvastatin (cholesterol) for the last 3-4 years.
Avatar n tn Here are the meds I am own - Questran - 1 packet for irritable bowl, Prozac for OCD, Allergy Injections, Methyldopa for blood pressure, and Trilipix for Triglycerides (nearly 1000), and Vitamin D. I am only 30!! I am overwieght but work hard to get rid of it with little or no results. They even checked me for Cushings. My TSH is low at 0.3 and I have a Goiter but no known thyroid problem. I have acne. Anyone know what could be causing my heartburn to be so severe?
315318 tn?1353251800 Recently , I was prescribed a fenofibrate (Trilipix 135 mg) along with Crestor. My cardio wanted this for helping in getting my triglycerides down. I have not had a lipid profile done since starting on this med two months ago. However, since being a diabetic , I check my blood glucose (BG) many times during the day and what I am noticing is a clear trend in the BG numbers going lower at least over the last month or so.
Avatar m tn I agree. The benefits outweigh the few, (if any at all) side effects from taking the benzo's every day for over six years. I'm 26 now without insurance, and they are the cheapest of the meds I am on. Trilipix is 184USD, Crestor is 189USD, and even generic gabapentin is 154USD. Lexapro is about 140UDS. Generic Klonopin is about 10USD. Remeron is about the same. And Inderal is 4USD. This is all per month, and I need every one of them.
Avatar m tn twice a day, Amlodipine Bensylate 5mg. once a day, Trilipix 135mg. once a day and Ibuprofen 600mg. when needed. Pravastatin Sodium 40mg. once a day and Alprazolam 1mg. twice a day. I have been to my doctor and have told him about it and he just says, its anxiety. Does anyone know what might be causing this ?? I am tired of hearing that it is anxiety ! Please help !!!!!!!!!!!
Avatar f tn Lets forget about pain meds for the moment. Does the Neuro not have you on any preventative meds? Topamax, Trilipix, Trileptal, Inderal, etc? If not, you need to discuss that with the doctor. He needs to be on preventative meds. Treating migraines is a marathon and not a sprint. It takes time to find out what medication or combo of medications will work. Now, as far as pain pills....or...abortive meds. There are meds out there that specifically attack migraines.
Avatar f tn A chart provided by the State Department shows that as of June 23 offers from six foreign countries or entities had been accepted. Fifty more offers were under consideration — including multiple offers from a single country or entity. One offer had been declined: France offered a chemical dispersant that is not approved for use in the United States.
Avatar n tn There appears to be some confusion here. A steam bath offers wet heat. A sauna offers dry heat.
Avatar f tn Q: Did Obama turn down foreign offers of assistance in cleaning up the Gulf oil spill? Did he refuse to waive Jones Act restrictions on foreign-flag vessels? A: No to both questions. So far, five offers have been accepted and only one offer has been rejected. Fifteen foreign-flag vessels are working on the cleanup, and none required a waiver.
Avatar f tn Register at every place you can that offers it. Even if you don't need anything. You'll start getting tons of offers and free stuff in the mail. From formula to bibs to diapers and even keepsakes. And some of those places like babies r us will send you a coupon to get a discount on everything left on your wish list. Hospitals may give you some stuff too when you pre register with them.
11294269 tn?1422402907 Something has got to give. Its just too much. The one job i cannot stand is the one that offers health insurance. I am planning to leave this job. As a single woman(i plan on getting married in the coming months), what are my options for health insurance? Im nervous and so unbelievably stressed. This whole "Affordable Healthcare Act" isn't very affordable. I went to the healthcare.gov website and for about $400/month I have to pay a $3000 deductible and get 50% coverage.
Avatar m tn I have read that during an outbreak a condom only offers you up to 30/50 % protection, does the same apply for asymptomatic shedding?
Avatar f tn Our Dr.'s office offers a 5 class program for free....also Babies R Us offers free classes every Thursday evening!!!

Avatar f tn Is anyone signed up for child birth classes whether they are private or through the hospital you're delivering at. I just found out my hospital offers classes but my OB never mentioned anything to me about them. Lamase class is like $200 so I'm wondering if people thought it was worth it. There is also a newborn care class and a breastfeeding class. Anything else I should look into? Thanks!
Avatar n tn I am about to do IVF this month. The clinic I am going offers a 32000 dollars package, I have found another clinic for 18000 dollars package, both three fresh and three frozen cycles. Why is that much cost difference? Is it related to facilities of clinics or is there anything else? I am so confused. Is IVF process different in different clinics?
Avatar m tn After ally testing I wandering if I am in the clear or not. Also I read that the smallpox vaccine offers protection from HIV which I have and I don't know if that affected my test results. Over all I am worried if I can rely on my results or am I ok and just worrying way too much.
572651 tn?1530999357 Ess, I'm sorry that I overlooked that fine print... most of the drug company offers to help with costs include this disclaimer : "Not valid for prescriptions covered or paid for by Medicare (including True-Out-of-Pocket Expenses under Medicare Part D), Medicaid, VA, DOD, Tricare or any other federal or state healthcare programs, such as state pharmaceutical assistance programs.
Avatar n tn The best bet would be to find out what services your state offers....call your local Health and Human Service. Most pregnancy medicaid alllows for income to be higher than normal medicaid, however you still have to be below a certain line. If you make more money , there are charity hospitals and doctors will usually work our a payment plan. Here in Texas there are a few levels of medicaid. Regular and Chip....Chip allows for higher income and you pay a small premium.
