The reason I ask is because I quit Methadone over a month ago and feel that my testosterone has increased to a rate higher than before the long-time opiate habit. I've been weight training so this is of some importance to me.

As soon as you stop doing the work outs, the muscle fibers return to normal size at the process of hypertrophy is reversible. So dont weight get out there training.

This frustrates me cause it doesnt go away. I dont lose inches or weight I get bigger. Whenever this happens I stop lifting cause I dont want to get bigger. I know they say that a woman cant get bigger because she just doesnt produce the same hormones as a man but why would I be gaining mass if this were so.

So far, I am not responding to the meds as well (virologically) as I would like- but I still have the sides. As we all know - a lot of sides will happen no matter what. So, you mean here that you have 100 pounds more than normal for your age and height? That sounds to be a lot, especially combined with a sedentary job. Regardless of testosterone considerations, losing weight is a no-brainer in your case.
