thanks for your help. will try to get doctor to do free T3 and Free T4 tests next time. Am having cold hands and feet, bowel movements are getting more irregular again and skin is getting dryer and appetite is increasing--these are some of reasons think dose still needs to be increased. Sleep is better because of cpap machine. Am on high doses of heart meds which can also increase pulse which is 1 reason dr is relucant to raise thyriod meds. lisinopril--10 mg, 1/2 .
I have taken name brand Cardizem CD for years along with 3 other bp meds. The pharmacys here can't get the name brand Cardizem for some reason now so switched me to Cartia XT. I started this today early morning like I took the name brand. That was at 5;30 a.m. At 11 a.m. I took my bp and HR as I do daily. Its consistently around 110/70 with HR in upper 40s to low 50s. Never gets above 70 as EP wants it this way due to an autonomic dysfunction. It was 145/92 HR 64.
Spotting is normal during pregnancy and if it's brown then that's also a good sign, if it's bright red then that's more of a worry but Brown is old blood
Brown discharge isn't very good.. You might want to call your Dr right away.. And if it starts to get worse like.. When you whip is there more the before..
Hi, I am 3 months Pregnant, Now doctor advice me to take tab of folic acid and calicium. Doctor presicribed The tab shelcal xt and Cap primagest 2D. Is it right medicine. I am confused because both medicine have calicium.
Again thank you for your reply. The diltiazem XT 180 mg was discontinued about five weeks ago for my Husband and the symptoms continue. Every time he changes position he turn red from head to toe. As a result of this symptom he has shortness of breath, fatigue and a drop in his BP. We have been to many Dr's with out a Dx. We are waiting for results of urine studies from the Endocrinologist.
Me and my daughter just started doing TAPOUT XT exercise. I do drink alot of water. But when ever I get stresses out I just feel like eating. I'ts a terrible feeling and I hate it. If the eyes are straight some of the time (which if intermittent XT would be the case) then eye muscle surgery, often recession of both lateral rectus muscles can be helpful. there care be risks of post surgery double vision and the -17 eye has very thin sclera and great care has to be taken reattaching the eye muscle.
So, a higher HR would be the opposite of what I take the CCB to control. I take a generic of Diltia XT 240mg once a day and do not know how that relates to Isoptin.
I have experienced very low BP from high dose BB, but that diminished over time and with the addition of the CCB my BB does is more moderate.
When my BP was low, too low, I don't recall there being an unusual high HR.

I have recently been having a problem with sinus tachycardia (elevated heart rate) and I am on medication for it. (cartia xt). My heart rate still tends to be on the high side.
I have a wisdom tooth which has cavities in it, and it is hurting me so I am going to my dentist in two days. I am afraid the pain medication the use will raise my heart rate. Should I be worried about this?
s had problems with holding her urine. At times it will just come out. She was put on a med. from the Vet. Does anyone know of a generic brand or natural one that will do the same. I can't keep going back paying office visits everytime she needs a new med.

Be careful taking diltiazem (lisinopril). I was on it for medium high blood pressure for 5 years and finally stopped taking it because it had caused deep depression, not to feelings of suicide though. It seemed to build up, so be on the lookout for feelings of not caring and hopelessness. Now I'm on Verapamil and am doing OK except for the ankle swelling. Tried another CB'er (Cartia XT or Cardizem) and had the same edema effect.
Im 62 and do take meds for high bloodpressure. Dr. Changed my blood pressure med. to cartia xt after I had a bad svt attack that put me in the hospital hoping that the meds would calm my heart down (on this med. I was feeling tired and out of breath at times . ) one this meds. I had another attack-dr. Sent me to see a EP he found the problem right away. There was a cancelation and the following week went in for the ablation. Like i said above everything went fine.
Tried cardioversion but did not work--was told only a 30% chance of success. Am on lisinopril for blood pressure-- for a fib--digoxin, tatzia xt and xarelto as blood thinner. Cardiologist said were other meds he could give me but side effects outweighed benefits and would not change meds unless had no other choice. I have a fib daily but not as strong as when started.
i have been using generic drugs for long time.i tried brand and generic drugs. Both results are same but generic is much cheaper than branded. there are some minor side effects like headache etc. but overall safe. I recommended to use generic drugs.
