thanks for your help. will try to get doctor to do free T3 and Free T4 tests next time. Am having cold hands and feet, bowel movements are getting more irregular again and skin is getting dryer and appetite is increasing--these are some of reasons think dose still needs to be increased. Sleep is better because of cpap machine. Am on high doses of heart meds which can also increase pulse which is 1 reason dr is relucant to raise thyriod meds. lisinopril--10 mg, 1/2 .

I have recently been having a problem with sinus tachycardia (elevated heart rate) and I am on medication for it. (cartia xt). My heart rate still tends to be on the high side.
I have a wisdom tooth which has cavities in it, and it is hurting me so I am going to my dentist in two days. I am afraid the pain medication the use will raise my heart rate. Should I be worried about this?
Spotting is normal during pregnancy and if it's brown then that's also a good sign, if it's bright red then that's more of a worry but Brown is old blood
I had my first episode of afib last week, prior to that I have been having issues with them regulating my blood pressure medicine. Currently I am on amiodarone 200 mg once a day and norvasc 2.5 mg and 12.5 mg of hctz and one xarelto a day. The problem I am having is when I walk across the room from the chair to the bathroom my BP jumps up to 170/90 and makes the back of my head feel full and I get a little dizzy. Do I need to switch BP meds ?
Brown discharge isn't very good.. You might want to call your Dr right away.. And if it starts to get worse like.. When you whip is there more the before..
I have been diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome. I was on diltiazem xt 120mg. I stopped taking the medicine 12 days ago could it still be in my system and be causing slow heart rate 40-45 during th day.
Again thank you for your reply. The diltiazem XT 180 mg was discontinued about five weeks ago for my Husband and the symptoms continue. Every time he changes position he turn red from head to toe. As a result of this symptom he has shortness of breath, fatigue and a drop in his BP. We have been to many Dr's with out a Dx. We are waiting for results of urine studies from the Endocrinologist.
Me and my daughter just started doing TAPOUT XT exercise. I do drink alot of water. But when ever I get stresses out I just feel like eating. I'ts a terrible feeling and I hate it. I live in Miami,Fl and just getting to stressful for me here. Wish I can move But don't know where to. I have 3 kids there 16,15,&13. They don't want to leave there school. If the eyes are straight some of the time (which if intermittent XT would be the case) then eye muscle surgery, often recession of both lateral rectus muscles can be helpful. there care be risks of post surgery double vision and the -17 eye has very thin sclera and great care has to be taken reattaching the eye muscle.

Be careful taking diltiazem (lisinopril). I was on it for medium high blood pressure for 5 years and finally stopped taking it because it had caused deep depression, not to feelings of suicide though. It seemed to build up, so be on the lookout for feelings of not caring and hopelessness. Now I'm on Verapamil and am doing OK except for the ankle swelling. Tried another CB'er (Cartia XT or Cardizem) and had the same edema effect.
Im 62 and do take meds for high bloodpressure. Dr. Changed my blood pressure med. to cartia xt after I had a bad svt attack that put me in the hospital hoping that the meds would calm my heart down (on this med. I was feeling tired and out of breath at times . ) one this meds. I had another attack-dr. Sent me to see a EP he found the problem right away. There was a cancelation and the following week went in for the ablation. Like i said above everything went fine.
