Healthy foods and an excercise regime appropriate for your current health. It goes a bit slower then some of the fad diets, but you are more likely to keep it off and stay healthy. Avatar f tn Why would I mind you calling hummus a Mediterranean dip, other than it's not a dip to the people who eat it most but a main dish. Its origins are unknown, though, so it may not in fact have originated in a country on the Mediterranean. On the other hand, I don't think any of the foods you mentioned will increase energy necessarily. You're assuming the poster has blood sugar problems.

During one month of being super strict and walking 30 mins every day, I lost 20lbs. Unfortunately, I have no discipline so I didn't stay on it. But I'm down a total of 75lbs over 3 years.. 1510642 tn?1290087285 The pulled muscle pain went away but then about 3 weeks ago i had a stressful week and was super anxious and woke up with light chest pain and rib pain and had a panic attack...I went home and immediately started looking stuff up which is the worst thing i can do but sometimes i cant help it..Once all this started i didnt go to the gym cas i was sick to my stomach and scared bcas i didnt understand why this was happening.

Avatar n tn Are you spoon feeding the child as sometimes they eat more and better at this age if allowed to eat finger foods or with a spoon themselves. Cereal in the morning , cheerios; kids love they can pick them up easily with their little fingers, yoghort, banana any fruits ..Lunch time , fingers of whole meal bread, slice of cheese, fruit, little pile of beans /rice ..dinner maybe some pasta , lots out there in differant shapes, some chicken for protein, peas, broccoli.

Avatar f tn Looking only at the life style changes that could help. I would first see that the medication she is taking is not causing some of her symptoms. Secondly keeping her mobile and free from constipation by diet control could help. Try giving stewed apricots and custard as a sweet after her dinner. See she gets enough fruit and vegetables. She must definitely NOT take harsh medication for constipation,( that will give her a lot of pain).only use a stool softener. I hope this may help.

Most of the list was things that we are all familiar with - although we may not follow them..................lol Even though I've always known this, I've never given it a lot of thought... It was about eating more slowly and eating more spices.
