I buy mine at my local food co-op (like a whole foods store). I think the whole foods stores may have it, as well as more trendy markets, upscale markets, and specialty food shops. I doubt places like Walmart would carry it. I don't know about regular markets as I never shop at regular markets. Maybe call around to save running all over the place. Your town looks like it is on the small side. You may have to go to one of the larger towns/cities near you.

These foods you will have to go to a speciality pet store to get. The big chain pet stores and grocery stores don't usually carry the high quality pet foods.

They make them with a burner on top. If not, grocery stores have Pre packaged salads. Some with Spinach instead of just lettuce. Deli stores have more exotic artichoke w roasted turkey for example. I need some examples of healthy foods please ! So when I go grocery shopping I can pick some up.. I don't eat very bad but I HATE veggies so I need to know some healthy snacks.. I eat bagels and grilled cheese with tomato soup and spaquetti and chili etc...

but if not, here it is again - how do you guys deal with grocery stores in general, and looking at a shelf of stuff to pick out the items you want? I swear, it takes me three times as long to get through a store, because I'm always having to go back and find the item I forgot when I was getting the tomatoes, or the toilet paper, or whatever.

IMO, everything you've listed are behaviors associated with improper nutrition....He basically is starving for nutrition...... Dogs shouldn't eat the same food for life.....Think about it, would you want to eat the same breakfast cereal every meal, every day, forever? Your dog doesn't want to, either! By your description, I suspect your feeding a low quality food from a dicount center or grocery store.....You need to throughly evaluate the ingredients in his food.....

At least you can eat healthy! Lol. The smell of grocery stores is just nasty to me. But a necessary evil. Can't eat much meat. Pasta and yogurt and grilled cheese are my friends lately.

In person I typically gravitate toward thrift stores and discount stores.

I am finally fully aware of the side effects and dangers involving sucralose, aspertame, and high fructose corn syrup consumption. I grocery shop at walmart and I honestly have read dozens of ingredients lists of cereals and snacks and I cannot find a single product (maybe I have missed it) that does not contain any of these three horrible ingredients.

Try using a facial mask every few days and get those blotters. They sell them at drug stores and even grocery stores in the facial care section. You can keep them in your pocket and blot your face when it gets oily. I hope this helps some. Take care.

A lot of the little independent small shop owners of pet boutiques will sell only quality foods and pet items. One near where I live has everything foodwise, a few cool toys but no litter. Most of the small boutiques I know about don't sell litter, but that's because of space issues in these small shops.

You can find it most grocery stores but in some small cities maybe buy it online. Also called crystalized ginger. I eat a piece before eating to settle my tummy then at least one after. Ginger ale or sprite works too but less sugar in the dried product and more effective.
