For many years, at least since 1995, I have had lower back pain upon waking in the morning--my back pain is only due to laying in a horizontal position. At one time, I tried the Select Comfort bed, but that did not help. Once I stand, the pain goes away or mostly ceases. From x-rays, the very lowest disc is mostly flattened, and there is some arthritic growth present at the lower spine. I have been able to get by because, as mentioned, once I got up, the pain diminished.
I'm 16 1/2 weeks, and I have pain in the morning some days. It has been sharp pain a few times, but I'm pretty sure it's related to gas and when I'm ready for bowl movement. Sorry for the bluntness, but thought it may ease your mind if you could pin point the pain to something similar.
Probably still worth asking your doctor about... But I wouldn't stress, unless it gets worse or you have bleeding with pain...Then definitely go to the hospital!
I've had stomach pains for two weeks and diaheria for two weeks. The pain comes and goes, especially when i eat.
when i woke up this morning i was having pain like right under my boobs &+ it was a constant pain , there for a while then goes away &+ comes back . i also have pain in the middle of my stomach when i bend down . i was just wondering if this is normal ?
I had pain last night. So bad I cried. But then this morning I woke up gassy and I had a bm. I thought about it and I don't think I went yesterday, so I think mine was gas/constipation. Perhaps that's what you experienced? I leave for my appt in an hour so I'll definitely ask my midwife, bit I'm pretty sure mine was gas pains.
Yesterday I serious stomach pain it happend in the morning after I went walking with my boyfriend I'm 13 1/2 weeks pregnant I had no cramps or anything just bad stomach pains should I be worried it kinda worried me yesterday. I feel better today and ut doesn't hurt. My next appointment is on Nov 10th. Someone help me I'm a first time mom .
13 year old son has been diagnosed with gerd. recent relapse, morning pain is intolerable. unable to get to school. is taking morning and evening medication. follows all the diet rules. bed inclined, doesn't lay down for 2 hours after eating, etc.
what can we do to ease the pain and get him to school in the morning. i was told there is nothing that can be done for the pain.
have this daily stomach pain for more than a year. It is excruciating pain right under my umbilical, I normally feel like someone is squeezing my stomach when the episodes happened, and it only goes away after I visit the bathroom for a bowl movement. If I drink water then the pain would appear sooner.
Throughout the night and early this morning i was having stomach pain. At times it was very sharp pains acroos the bottom of my stomach. The best way to explain is imagine holding your pee for as long as possible and how your stomach gets tender. I usually use the bathroom a few times troughout the night but it seemed no matter how much i peed it still hurt. Its been tender all day. I thought maybe the sharp pains were bh contractions but idk. What do you guys think?
Doc's, i have a pain in my stomach that ranks a 9 out of 10 in my belly button. it just started this morning 12/6/08 and it feels like my skin is tearing from the inside.
2 weeks ago everything I would eat started giving me indigestion and my stomach started to spasm and cause pain under my upper left and right rib cage. I started taking prilosec and antacids about 6 days ago. Starting yesterday I became naucious and have lost my appitite. I am getting pain under my left and right rib cage. The pain seems to come and go and sometimes feels like it moves down my right side and spasms. I am going o the doctor tomorrow morning, what should I be expecting.
After I eat the pain gets worse and I just tried to drink some juice and had an immediate increase in pain again. It is constant but gets worse any time I eat or drink anything. The pain does not seem serious but I am very uncomfortable and a bit concerned. Any one else had this if so what causes this and is there anyway to get relief?
I have become very concerned with stomach pain that I have been having. I ha no problems this morning then I went to use the restroom I urinated which was normal then had a normal bowel movement no problem. I then sat down at my desk and started feeling this horrible pain between my legs and through the left side of my abdomin.
ever since childhood ive had gas issues, but now as an adult I am either unable to sleep or im waking up early in the morning in so much pain I can barely move because of the gas and discomfort in my stomach. so bad it makes me vomit. the only way the pain goes away is if I take a hot bath, vomit or go to the bathroom. what could this be?
