It will start with slight chest pain, feels like stomach is filled with gas after ~1hr shivering will start followed by fever. this will only last for 3 to 4 hrs and will be normal after that. This started 6 months back. it repeated after 2 to 3 weeks later. The last one happened yesterday and it was little bit serious. After chest pain I fell unconscious for about 1 minute. After that shivering started followed by fever. After 4 hrs every thing was normal. I have done blood test 2 months back.
They have flu like symptoms and many dogs will shake with an upset stomach. Other reasons can be anxiety or pain. My best friend is in stage 4 currently, i understand how hard it is. I have found mixing raw ginger root into the food i make foe her helps, also adding pumpkin (if not already high potassium levels) can help. Slippery em bark is another good choice. The vet should also be able to give you a prescription.
t aware that laying on their right side can cause gas to build up in your colon and form a gas bubble. The way the colon is shaped and with the gas rising upward, when laying on the right side it gets trapped in the ascending and transverse sections of the colon and is not as easily expelled as it is when laying on the left side.
I recommend trying some OTC treatments like beano, gas X, prilosec, prevacid, Mylanta, mylox etc. for a few days.
ever since childhood ive had gas issues, but now as an adult I am either unable to sleep or im waking up early in the morning in so much pain I can barely move because of the gas and discomfort in my stomach. so bad it makes me vomit. the only way the pain goes away is if I take a hot bath, vomit or go to the bathroom. what could this be?
Yesterday I serious stomach pain it happend in the morning after I went walking with my boyfriend I'm 13 1/2 weeks pregnant I had no cramps or anything just bad stomach pains should I be worried it kinda worried me yesterday. hello, im a 22 year old for the past two years i suffer from stomach pain ,gas stomach and frequent diarrhea. i was advised to avoid lactose food ,so i did and the gas felling have diapered but still i have very frequent diarrhea and daily pain with bowel movement. my blood work came back with CRP 0.54 in a scale from 0.1 -0.50. and ESR was 28 when normal below 20.
what can cause my problem? thank you in advance.
I felt sick, I was having really bad stomach pains, nausea, vomiting. But it is different for each person.
My appetite sometimes comes back, but I seem to have a constant feeling of food being in my stomach, esophagus, and throat. Also, I sometimes get the shivering or chills, usually very early in the morning. I am experience some back pain too, but I'm not sure if it's related or part of a muscular-skeletal issue.
I've had an EGD, colonoscopy, small bowel follow through, blood work, stool tests, and a CT.
I have recently started having some stomach problems. Around 2 months ago I was experienceing lower left abdominal pain which felt like gas and bloating, which presisted untill about 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago everything I would eat started giving me indigestion and my stomach started to spasm and cause pain under my upper left and right rib cage. I started taking prilosec and antacids about 6 days ago. Starting yesterday I became naucious and have lost my appitite.
I had my gallbladder removed 4/11 and since the removal i still continue to have pain on my right side and my stomach is still bloated. I've cut out most fats, good and bad, gluten and dairy, i'm pretty much eating lean turkey, chicken and veggies which still seem to cause pain and bloating. Any ideas on what is causing this?
Hello, I have the following symptoms: A dull pain that grows in intensity in my lower right side of the abdomen. This occurs every 2-3 months. During this event i get constipated, and when im able to pass gas it is terrible smelling, i get bloated and have to sleep on my back. When i sleep i wake up feeling extremely cold and shivering though my skin temp feels normal. I have run a fever a few times during this "cold shiver" symptom. I also lose my appetite.
I do every night..
The days following the attacks I will have lots of loud and constant gas movements after eating, hard to pass gas, hard to pass stool, constant stomach pain after eating.
I've seen many specialists and done many, many tests no one seems to be able to figure out what's going on. Just checking to see if anyone else has this or aware of it.
m hoping that these are transient allergic reactions to something I have eaten, although the accompanying anxiety attacks have caused a vicious fear cycle which causes me to anticipate the chills and shivering when I go to bed. The fear of recurrence is almost worse than the shivering itself and has caused symptoms of its own. I don't think it is purely an anxiety attack, nor hypoglycemia, for I have had those and I am familiar with them. Does anybody know what it might be? Thanks.
