Gas and bloating are also worse during pregnancy. Try to avoid carbonated drinks and try not to eat too fast, because you will swallow more air, increasing the gas and bloating. Check with your doctor first, but you should be able to take simethicone for the gas and Zantac for indigestion/heartburn, but as I said, verify that your doctor is okay with you taking those, most docs are.
