After reading you're first comment I was pretty sure that is a sign of pregnancy. If it was probably pain from you're uterus where the ovum has implanted which would cause a deep stomach pain. However, you should probably consult a doctor or checkout you're local Planned Parenthood. Also, try to think back to when you had risky/unprotected sex if you can remember.
Hello~Some women get very bad pain during their cycle, however, it could also be due to endometriosis, having this can also make it very hard to conceive. I would have a doctor test you for this and if it turns out that you have it, there are some things they can do.

Three days after, and that would be Oct. 4, 2010 I had a stomach ache or abdominal pain. Few days ago, on June 29th i noticed that am bleeding again, not much on that day.I had some pain in the stomach, dizziness and headach. But the next day it bleed alot like normal and regular menstruation except the colour of the blood if much dark red almost to brownish. As of today ( the 3rd day ), it's on and off.
I dont understand as it's the first time happen to me. Is it normal?What caused it? Do I have to go visit to the doctor? It's worrying me.
as much i know abt the pelvic pain before and after menstruation this is normal to have pain but you said while cough or laugh than i would tell you to see the doctor for that . hope this help.
I am 26 and have been having a similar pain. It doesn't always reach my tummy per say, but it is deeper during penetration. It tends to feel like having a mean bruise poked by an enthusiastic finger. Although assuredly it is not actually a bruise because the situation never heals and and it is not ALL the time that I get that feeling either. I dont think its that penetration is too deep either, mainly because my current husband is only six inches and I have had sex with bigger in the past.
I had stabbing pain in right rib cage.. dull ache gets worse during ovulationa & menstruation. Was severe at times (affected diaphragm/breathing and my legs at one point).I had peritonitis symptoms / appendix and got turned away from docs!! rigid abdomen also.lasting months - horrific..!!! .had tests MRI, blood, urine, stool, tube both ends, and ultrasound -nothing found. Due for gynae test (after 4 years!).
hi to all, i've had my normal menstruation last feb. 24-28 i had sex with my husband one day after my menstruation so i've expected my next mentruation will come end of March but it came on April 1 the first day of my mens little heavy and the 2nd day its almost gone,the 3rd-5days is almost nothing its just a dropped and also last March i had temperature 37.0C sometimes 37.4C for 2 weeks.
We though I was delay and the blood occurred is a baby but the next few days I had my menstruation. After that menstruation cycle and every time we had a sex until the next months there is no bleeding occurred. My boyfriend friend's said that it was internal bleeding. I would like to ask if i will be pregnant if i had unprotected sex 7days before my menstruation? My menstruation is a regular 28days cycle. My last period was last Nov. 13 to Nov.19 2010. My husband and I had sex last dec. 4,6 and 8. my next period must be dec10. i examine my body and noticed that i still have sign for getting my period like my bust were swelling, back pain and pain under my stomach. i just want to make sure if it will be possible that i'll get pregnant. thanks!

Plus i am very anemic because i get very heavy periods with very large clots amd i have to change 6-7 pads each day till 5 days of my periods. Now im having bad cramping and weird kind of stomach pain. Since i am having periods for 18 days now im feeling very weak and having migraine a lot. Hi! So, some people say that they feel bloated before, during, or after their period. My problem is, why don't I feel bloated? I'm already on my period and my stomach is quite big but I don't FEEL bloated. Is that normal?
Yes, some women have cyclic bleeding although it is not menstruation. Menstruation is the shedding of the uterine lining and you can't do that when pregnant. But you can have hormonal bleeding. It is generally early in pregnancy though and not heavy like a true period.
still no trace of menstruation.. im very worried.. and im very impatient waiting for my menstruation.. these days i experienced Abdominal cramps and bruises which i got normally before I get my period.. is it a good sign that im having menstruation??? or maybe im just streesed out and the climate is getting cold? maybe it aaffects my late menstruation... please help me anser these questions.. hope it will make me feel better.. im nervous..
