There is lots of great information on the net about various
relaxation techniques. Search for progressive muscle
relaxation, visualization relaxation techniques or self-soothing techniques.
I have also found this site really helpful and relaxing to me. When my anxiety starts getting high, I go there, find the right mix of sounds,plug in my headphones and just sit back and listen for a few. It works remarkably well for me. Hope it helps you too. www.soundsleeping.com
