stomach-pain

Avatar f tn Sounds like severe heartburn, which can cause pain everywhere above your stomach to the point where it feels like your lungs and throat have been doused in acid.
Avatar n tn t move my left arm at all without severe pain all through the left side of my chest and into my back. now months later i have had consistent paint in my chest that feels like an ache and sometime it almost feels like my heart is beating really weakly. Wondering if i should go to a doctor or if it will just go away. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Avatar f tn s most likely round ligament pain. I had it really bad w my last baby. I would almost come to tears from the pain when I rolled out of bed, moved suddenly, sneezed (that was the worst). Unfortunately it's very normal when prego & won't go away until U give birth. Look it up online so it's easier to visualize where the ligaments are. Think of the ligament as a rubber band any sudden movement it will pull & snap back and hurt U.
Avatar f tn I've been having severe shoulder pain. It goes down my left shoulder blade and down to the left side of my breast. I'm 14wks and 4 days and trying to get used to my new sleeping habits since it hurts my ribs if I lay on my stomach. To my knowledge I haven't been sleeping on it or anything (my shoulder) but it gets to the point that I just have to lay my arm down. If I have something in my hand while the sharp pains happen, it usually falls from where I have no control.
Avatar f tn I am experiencing severe stomach pain like someone is sticking a knife into my stomach. I get really gassy and have heartburn or my chest hurts. My mom seems to think it because I am not drinking enough water and I am dehydrated. I just dont think she is right because I am drinking water. The pain hurts so bad lately that it has made me stop running when Im trying to get ready for my season/tryouts coming up in a week.
Avatar m tn Has anyone experienced severe stomach pain during withdrawal from hydros. It feels like an ulcer. Besides not sleeping, that has been the worst part.
Avatar n tn Hi, I am a 33-year male with a normal weight and with a healthy diet (low fat, no soda, no can food and no fast food). From about 3 years ago I am having a dull stomach pain while sleeping, which causes sore throat and much discomfort and restlessness. When the pain is not so much, I feel better throughout the day until falling asleep again. If the pain is more intense this remains during the day.

Avatar f tn I also get really bad period cramps and a few weeks ago, when I had both the stomach pain and cramps, I was woken up at 2am in unbelievable pain, which I couldn’t distinguish whether it was cramps or the stomach pain. It didn’t go away very quickly either and pain killers didn’t work. Now I’m at the stage where every time I eat, my stomach gurgles and churns really loudly, then I get the pains. I also have the feeling like I want to burb and throw up at the same time.
Avatar f tn That's terrible :( I feel your pain, had SEVERE SPD in all my pregnancies. What helped during the nights was a pillow between my legs and a maternity slide sheet (Snoozle) to switch sides and roll over with less pain. During the day I was on crutches and just tried to take it easy because everything else hurt so badly. In the final weeks I got prescribed painkillers and sleeping pills so I could get some rest, it helped but I felt guilty taking them.
10821765 tn?1427311586 Are any of you ladies having pain in your stomach and/or back while you are sleeping or laying down. I'm 37 weeks and it just keeps getting worse to the point where I can't sleep and am in tears.
Avatar n tn And CPAP might cause my eye very dry that caused real pain. So I wore the eye sleeping patch but the pain occurred under the patch. This week one early morning I removed my CPAP when I needed to go to the pot. I went back to bed but I did not put CPAP back. I went back to sleep. Two hours later the pain stabbed my eyeball and this time I was aware when it hurt before I opened my eyelids. Now I know I do not sleep with eyes open. There is something else new.
10148275 tn?1422049837 Is sleeping on your stomach okay while pregnant? I am still early but I have always been a stomach sleeper and every morning when I wake up I mysteriously wake up on my stomach. I don't want to cause my baby any harm.
Avatar f tn So I'm 29 weeks pregnant ftm and iv been having back pain since about week 18 and I know it's normal but in the last few weeks it's gotten to the point I can hardly walk it's in my upper and lower back and as of yesterday it started in my lower stomach it's kind of like a severe cramping 24/7 I can hardly lift my leg enough to put pants on without bawling any thoughts or advice would be great
Avatar n tn i am never usually one to vomit, or even want to for that matter, but i woke up nauseous and it last for a couple horurs before i decide to try and clear out my stomach. while i was in fact vomiting, i got a sudden and severe headache in the back of my head, enough to back me seriously sit back. my first thought was of course "oh know, i've popped something" i don't want to be over reacting over something brought on only by the vomiting, but then again i can't be too sure.
Avatar f tn One time during an endoscopy, I had a boipsy taken and that did cause a bit of pain afterward, but it was not very severe and lasted only about a day. So long as you're sure to make your doctor aware of any and all medications you take - AND follow any instructions they give you as far as needing to stop them for a period of time before (and sometimes after) the procedure, you should be fine.
