I am on Sertraline and other antidepressants for many years. I just had sexual intercourse 1 year back and cannot feel any sensation in my penis. I have had sex around 20 times in the last one year as I have an on/off gf.
I have no problem in getting an erection. There is very little sensation of pleasure and mild sensation of some heat in the vagina during intercourse.
I cannot change the anti depressants , like moving to Welbutrin.
Please advise if I can take anything before intercourse.

I seem to have twitching that is at least in part related to Zoloft (Sertraline). Upon visiting urgent care when the twitching became really disruptive due to its frequency, the doctor first eliminated any neurological disorders by a panel of six or seven blood tests. You may wish to ask your doctor about these tests, to eliminate your concerns about ALS and other neurological disorders. I was taking 200 mg per day of sertraline -- the maximum dose. I cut that back to 100 mg per day.

In December, I was given a a very low dose script for Sertraline. I take 25mg in the am and 25mg in the pm. I love this drug, I don't remember the last time I felt so light and bubbly and happy! But I've been on it for 4 months now and still feel almost giddy, especially in my relationship with my husband.
Are these two drugs compatable levothyroxine and sertraline hcl? Does your thyroid control your blood sugar?

You need to focus on overcoming the stress level by depending on the various factors responsible to it. I do not think you might have any respiratory problems with your history. You may ask your doctor for chest x- rays to rule out any pathology. Do take care of you and keep posting your thoughts.

It is 2011 and i have found my way back to sertraline. I am currently taking 10mg of buspirone 2x day and 15mg of mirtazapine for major depression and generalized anxiety. I have been feeling constantly tired, apathetic and despondent.
Am currently on sertraline 100mg, which helps for anxiety and depression but not PE. Have tried start and stop technique's (edging) for about a year with no improvement.
Myself and my partner do not have relationship problems, but she is not always supportive on the PE front, some of her comments have made the situation much worse
What would you recommend?

I have had migraines for the past 20 years, normally I experience 3 or 4 migraines a year but since I have been taking Sertraline I have had many more than usual. I am sure that it is the Sertraline because I normally take it before bed and have woke up several mornings with the leftover pain from the migraine I had while sleeping ( before Sertraline I have never had a migraine during the night ).
