I have celiac, sjogrens, types2 diabetes and high blood pressure. I have been having trouble with my ears, ringing or humming, running and itching. Occasionally I have a butterfly rash that comes and goes. Very recently I had a sudden severe dizzy spell that did not last long but, scared me so that I was afraid to go to sleep. I have noticed some joint swelling and extreme aching. Is it possible that this is a Lupus flare up!
Now I have hyperthyroidism and my doctor just wants to wait it out for at least one month to see if it will correct itself. In the mean time, my blood pressure is fluctuating between normal and high, and I've never had a blood pressure problem prior to this. My pulse is usually around 100 beats per minute and I'm anxious all the time. I don't have hot flashes...actually I'm usually cold instead.

My concern is that I was previously on Zoloft 50mg. and it gave me real bad headaches raised my blood pressure and sent me on a emergent run to the hsp. emergency room,,I am concerned about starting this medicience that it will cause the same problems or worse. My O.B. says they are different and that I should try the effexor. What does everyone else think?
I was diagnosed for missed abortion last May 17,2008 (as seen in the Ultrasound,the baby has no heart beat) i was administered a premarin 0.62 mg every 6 hours, the doctor said to soften the cervix as well as cytotec 200 mg every 8 hours. I was wondering why i should be given premarin? I have read that premarin is mainly estrogen.. Do i need to continuously use this product? They are waiting for me to bleed for them to be able to perform the D&C. Please advise asap...

The doctor did a culture and blood test. The blood test came back positive for herpes (1 and 2 I believe) the culture came back negative. The doctor gave me premarin cream....which wasn't working. He then gave me a corticosteroid cream which worked but dried me out (had to use vaseline as well) every time I stopped using it, I would get itchy again and my lips would start getting dry, sometimes getting papercut like tears, and flaky.
I am 55 yo. Have been experiencing menopause symptoms for about 3 years. Did the blood test route, etc., took whopping doses of Viatmin D and got put on Premarin, the lowest dose. I did not do well on that. I became actually worse, emotionally and it didn't help the sweats, irritability or anything. My doctor told me to try Estroven, and it's better, but I still feel like crap. I don't sleep well at all, I am irritable and snappish and that is NOT my personality.
Do I need to continue taking Premarin .0625 or can I discontinue since I am past meopause age.
My doctor, who is a OB/GYN, preformed the surgery and after placed me on Premarin. I was worried after finding out all the health issues around premerin, especially the blood clots, since my mom died of that several years after her hysterectomy. I started having very bad stinging sharp pains in my lower legs and discussed this with my doctor but he didnt take me very serious and only lowered the dosage.
I took the 1/2 pill with great caution as my mom took premarin for many years and ended up with breast cancer which eventually took her life 5 years ago). I have been tortured since stopping my premarin regime. I don't think I have had a full nights sleep since - in fact last evening the first wake up was at 3:38 and then I had 5 more flashes before I finally got out of bed and started my day with more flashes. My gen practioner has suggested prozac ... sorry but that seems a bit severe.
Female, 51. Started having a burning sensation and redness on the vulva right outside of the vagina two months ago. GYN did a test and said I had bacterial vaginosis (though no discharge or odor). Went through two different creams/ointments and an antibiotic pill and a biopsy of the red area. Came back as "chronic inflammation" and the BV test was still coming back positive. Now I'm on several weeks of premarin cream because the doc thinks I'm low on estrogen.
My health/sanity issues have not changed. I have anxiety, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, insomnia, body aches, memory problems, difficulty concentrating and staying on tasks, no sex drive, the list goes on. My family doctor; does not seem to know what to do, so I am losing confidence in her. I remain confused about HRT, so I requested testing. My doctor says hormone testing is expensive and is not accurate; she refused to order the test.

Can I use Premarin cream along with a yeast medication(Diflucan)? Does the moisture in the Premarin cream keep a yeast infection from healing?
bleeding is normal but am having medium size blood clots.. i know blood clots are normal and every time i have blood clots.. but from thepast 3 monthsi am using krimson 35 for regular periods and stopped them last month.. and this month clots didnt stopped.. am not able to bear it and i have no pain and nothing.. just clots.. i want to stop it immedieatly because we are trying for children and so i dont want to use again contraceptive like krimson 35..

The doctors said she had fibroid which became cancerous so they had to perform the hysterectomy, something called lyeomyosarcoma. The doctor checked her in the clinic after 6 months and she had a blood clot the size of a fist that came out straight after the doctors examination. Looked like a dark jelly. The doctors said its a growth again.
Hello - I am 59 and have atrophic vaginitis. There is an area in the (introitus?) that has almost no skin covering due to the thinning tissue. It burns terribly all the time. I have had numerous vaginal infections over the past few months including gardnerella, a yeast inf., & 2 cultures showed large amounts of enterococcus faecalis & klebsiella.
i had full hysterectomy in october 2009 for ovarian cyst. then my doctor gave me premarin 0.06 1 tablet per day.this medicine is very good.i feel very well to take this.but there is a problem .in 2009 i was 45 kg and now i am 65 kg.please help me and give me a suggestion what will i do and how will i reduce my overweight.
