premarin and blood clots

My family has a history of heart disese, diebetes, thyroid problems and blood clots so I have alot of real concerns about medications and feeling better or feeling better and late in life costing my health due ti medications i might take now. I am scheduled to see my doctor in a motnh for my 3 month checkup and would like to have more information so I can confront him and discuss the best options for me.

bleeding is normal but am having medium size blood clots.. i know blood clots are normal and every time i have blood clots.. but from thepast 3 monthsi am using krimson 35 for regular periods and stopped them last month.. and this month clots didnt stopped.. am not able to bear it and i have no pain and nothing.. just clots.. i want to stop it immedieatly because we are trying for children and so i dont want to use again contraceptive like krimson 35..

Will premarin and hrt help with the anxiety that comes along with menopause? I cannot seem to get a straight answer from researching it on the net. I'm desperate for help.

I was diagnosed for missed abortion last May 17,2008 (as seen in the Ultrasound,the baby has no heart beat) i was administered a premarin 0.62 mg every 6 hours, the doctor said to soften the cervix as well as cytotec 200 mg every 8 hours. I was wondering why i should be given premarin? I have read that premarin is mainly estrogen.. Do i need to continuously use this product? They are waiting for me to bleed for them to be able to perform the D&C. Please advise asap...

The doctor did a culture and blood test. The blood test came back positive for herpes (1 and 2 I believe) the culture came back negative. The doctor gave me premarin cream....which wasn't working. He then gave me a corticosteroid cream which worked but dried me out (had to use vaseline as well) every time I stopped using it, I would get itchy again and my lips would start getting dry, sometimes getting papercut like tears, and flaky.

I suffer from Hashimotos autoimmune disease for many years and was diagnosed last year with Lupus after suffering many years with leukopenia which was caused by the Lupus or the Premarin. I took myself off of Premarin in July 2016 and I feel so much better. My hair is now growing back after losing about 3/4 of it during a Lupus flare-up that lasted over 7 months. I have been reading about Premarin and it can likely cause the problem. I would like to get off Premarin and take a natural hormone replacement, or should I stay on the Premarin. What do you think about that and just how do I do that? I know I shouldn't just quit taking it suddenly.

Recently I did a blood test and was told that I have many small clots and my blood are in a chains. What causes this clot and chains. Are there any medicine that I can take to help clear it?

I don't want to quote anything I've read, but after putting in "Premarin and Hypothyroidism" and "Progesterone and Hypothyroidism", the articles I've read indicate that Premarin prevents the thyroid from working properly, and Progesterone cream is beneficial. I just wanted to mention this because it may be of help. I am going to look into it further myself.

Thanks for responding. I have been on HRT, that's why I am seeking something alternative. HRT made me crazy..even on the lowest dosage. I foun d one bioidentical online that actually contained MSG as an ingredient and I am horribly sensitive to that, gives me migraines, which is also one of the lovely s/e of menopause. I was on 6 months of Lupron and ended in March. Still waiting for my period to return. I was just given Premarin and agyestin to try and "jump start" my period. Has anyone used Premarin to help jump start their period? And if so, how long did it take? I am on it for 25 days (Premarin) and then starting the aygestin after the 16th day.

in 84 and was on vivelle patch for most of those years. Just estrogen and no progesterone. I was fine until a few years ago and it just got worse. I became so estrogen dominant and became a total mess. I went to a very good hormone imbalance seminar a few days ago and it was great. I think if you went off, you'll regret it in time. Well i called today to get more answers as to what was causing the bleeding, and apparently i have blood clots forming in the layers of the placenta where its suppose to attach to the uterus....but the clots should be dissolving on their own. My mom has had a headache for 2 months straight now and was in the hospital for a while and they found out that she has a blood clot in her head in the transverse and sigmoid sinuses. Good day, I have been passing large(and small) blood clots for the past several months. I went to my gyn and he found that I have polyps. Understanding that, I am still passing clots intermittently and it is detrimental to my sex life. Although my husband doesn't say anything, it's like playing russian roulette. You just never know when the clots will appear, could be before, during or after sex. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Could this be related to endometriosis? How can this be resolved?
