Is pregnancy symptoms (sore breasts, sensitive nipples, nausea, constipation, cramping, fatigue, increased urination) a side effect from stoping nuva ring? I had a normal period Dec. 18-22 and am not expecting my period until the 17 of jan. but my symptoms started the 24th of dec. I stopped nuvaring on dec. 15th.
I have tried resting, drinking gingerale, drinking less fluids, eating more ruffage.
I was due to take my nuvaring out on the 25th Nov 2011, so i did so. ((we have regular unprotected sex while on nuvaring)). My partner and I, same one, again had unprotected sex on the 27th Nov 2011 while nuvaring was NOT in place since i took it out on 25 Nov 2011. After the encounter, i peed like i normally do.
I recently stopped using Nuvaring after about 11 months. Over the last month I have gained about 6 pounds with no change in my diet and a big increase in my exercise. It doesn't seem to matter what I do, everytime I get on the scale, I have gained more weight! Now, today, I got my 1st "non-BC" period and it is extremely heavy, which is very unusual for me. Has anyone else had weight gain issues after stopping BC? If so, how long did it take for those issues to resolve?
I'm 15 days late and I had unprecedented sex for 3 weeks I got on the nuvaring about 2 weeks ago and the second day when I was on birth control he came inside and I've having cramping for the past week like period cramping and I check and nothing I've having white dischard, fatigue, and headaches and kind of nausea when I wake up and thought my day I took a clear blue digital pregnancy test 2 days ago and it came out negative and no period yet can I be pregnant?
I had my last period from Monday april 15-Saturday morning april 20th. I started birth control that following Sunday, april 21st. I took the birth control for 4 days and then stopoed because I kept forgetting to take them. My boyfriend and I had sex two or three times since my last period. It is now april 29th and I've been spotting and cramping the past two days. And have had minor headaches. Fatigue and increase of appetite.

I am 27 years old and have had heavy but regular periods since my cycle began at the age of 11. Over the last 4 months I have had weird symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, intermittent nausea, and a milk like substance leaking from my breasts. I went to my doctor and many tests were done (including a pregnancy test and hormonal level tests) which were all negative. about 2 months after receiving my negative tests from the doctor I started a new birth control...Nuvaring.
i started Nuvaring 3 weeks ago yesterday when i was supposed to ive had sex w/o protection quite a few times since. I was supposed to start my period yesterday Im NEVER late early if anything I took a pregnancy test last night and it came back negative. Is it possible that I am pregnant and that its just not showing up positive yet?
My periods have been very heavy with the past one lasting two weeks with large tissue discharge. It just ended Sunday after beginning one week before removing Nuvaring and only ending once Nuvaring was reinserted. It is so irregular that I could bleed any time of the month at any intensity for any period of time. This past one was so bad that I had to sleep with a heating pad nightly. What could this mean?
I had unprotected sex today. I recently started on Nuvaring and was told I needed 7 days for it to become effective. Today is the 7th day. Should I take a Plan B just in case?
I was on the NuvaRing for 3 months straight and used it to skip my cycle. After the 3rd or 4th week I would take it out & put in a new ring. While doing this I still bled either light or really heavy. I stopped using the NuvaRing the week before Thanksgiving. My husband & I started trying to make a baby soon after taking the ring out. I have not had a cycle since i’ve taken the NuvaRing out and it’s going on a month now.
i miscarried at 8 weeks with blighted ovum and after that devestation i used nuvaring again and this time faithfully.......i took out my nuvaring and didnt think much of it until the next day when i started throwing up everywhere! i bought a test for the hell of it and it said PREGNANT! i was in complete shock because i had been on the nuvaring for a while! i used at end of JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER and found out i was pregnant in october!!!
I started the NuvaRing for the first time, I inserted 18 days after the start of my period ( or 15 days after the end of my period) and it has been in for 12 days consecutively. I had unprotected sex on the 12th day of having the NuvaRing in, at this point is it an effective form of birth control ?
I have been on the nuvaring for three months now, yesterday at work while in the bathroom i noticed a small amount of brownish blood on the toilet paper . I normally have this type of blood at the beginning of my period. I experienced this while the nuvaring was still in, but thought it was just breakthrough bleeding. I went home on break and checked my calendar and realized i should have taken the nuvaring out the day before.

I am using the nuvaring and have been since July. I took antibiotics about 6 weeks ago for a cough. I was suppose to start my period on Jan 9th. Many people have experienced pains and light bleeding while having intercourse and using nuvaring. It seems to affect everyone differently, but it's very likely the nuvaring is the source of your problems. I would suggest trying a different form of birth control, as this one is obviously not for you.
