Hi! I'm 20 years old and I just had my period March 30-April 2. This has been my first period in awhile because I have been using Nuvaring and skipping my periods. I didn't put in my nuvaring on the day I was suppose to. I have had unprotected sex on the 6 day before ovulation and 4 days before ovulation. What are my chances of getting pregnant? I'm not going to put my nuvaring in just in case I am. It is too early to take a test so I come here for some answers.

took nuvaring out the week my i was supposed to have my period had unprotected sex then got my period the day is there a chance I could still be pregnant?

my doctor told me I was suppose to wait 7 days before the nuvaring can take effect after I inserted the nuvaring on the 4th day of my period.. I had sex with my boyfriend on two of the days before the 7 days were up.. but we did the pull out method. I have an ovulation calender on my phone and it said that I would ovulate a couple days after the 7th day was up.. do I have anything to worry about still if I didnt ovulate during the time I had sex?

I started birth control for the first time (nuvaring) October 13th which is a Sunday. The hormones made my period last till November 3rd.. I took nuvaring out on October 25th because I just didnt like this form of birth control I scheduled an appt with my doctor and she gave me birth control pills am told me to start them Sunday the same day I happened to have ended my period. I had my period 3/29-4/2, put a new nuvaring in for two days and removed it on 4/4 after my husband and I decided to start trying for #2. I started bleeding on 4/9-4/12 like a regular period, took an ovulation test on 4/15 and it was positive. All the apps I have said that I was to be fertile 4/20-4/25 with ovulation occuring on 4/22 or 4/23. I'm just so confused! Do I count the period on 4/9 as a new period or go by my original one when I had the ring out on 3/29?

I was on the Nuvaring and took it out around the 23rd of April and had my period like normal. We have had sex every night since then (because I wasn't sure if my ovulation would be normal) and two night ago I started spotting, then yesterday morning the blood flow was heavier, and then stopped and again this morning I started bleeding heavy. t have any links for you, but i stopped using my NuvaRing end of Jan 2010, its now July 2010 and not pregnant. Don't know if its NuvaRing related or if i would take longer/not be able to fall pregnant. Im waiting to go dr because i've read some stuff about delayed ovulation too. I think i'm just starting to ovulate again last couple of months so hopefully it happens soon.

I took out my NuvaRing 3 days too early, what are my chances of getting pregnant and should I get emergency contraception or am I just wasting my money and instead should just wait for my period?

I've had my nuvaring out since the end of January and since had very irregular periods, before the nuva i was not irregular. it's been 4 months and im not pregnant, woundering if the periods being irregular is why, what i can do and if i'll ever be able to concieve :-(. Please help!!

The pill, patch, or NuvaRing are all hormonal contraceptives that prevent ovulation and regulate your periods. The pill has to be taken every day at the same time, so if you don't think you can do it, go for the patch or NuvaRing.

Hello everyone! Had a question regarding nuvaring! I've had a really busy week at work, and I'm normally religious about starting my ring on time! For some reason this week I can't seem to remember if I started my ring on time, or if I started it a day later than I should have. Either way, DH and I had sex on Saturday night! Is there a possibility of pregnancy if I did, in fact, start the ring a day later than I should? Should i get emergency contraception? Just curious! Thank you!

I was on the nuvaring for about 8 months after my daughter and I did figure out it gave me ovation cysts. But they say their very tiny and not very many right now. What is wrong with me?

sooo i am on nuvaring and its going pretty good but today after sex with my boyfriend i went to the restroom and realized it wasnt in there i have no idea how long its been out and he ejaculated in me what are the possiblities of me being pregnant?

i was supost to take my nuvaring out on may 26th but i started bleeding on the 25th so i took the ring out , i bleed for about 8 day which was a little longer then normal,and heavier also, now im 39 days since i started bleeding on the 25th of may and its july 1 almost the 2nd and still no period lots of pregnacny signs sore breast cramping nausea, viloent nausea.

t your cycle be 28 days, or something close. Since getting off the nuvaring in May, I have had very irregular periods. Most of them were 37 day cycles, but the past two months have been longer and longer. This past month, before starting clomid my cycle was 49. I also have PCOS. I am sorry to hear about your issues with nuvaring. I had started the nuvaring for perimenopause issues my gyn said would help. No docs Ive talked to since have heard of this being used for anything other than birth control my but tubs have been tied for years.After having nuvaring in for almost three weeks i started to bleed lite not spotting and its dark and not a pleasant smell at all never have had an Oder like that in 46 years and i cant stand it.

I started using the NuvaRing on April 15th and before I used the IUD. I took out the NuvaRing on May 6th but did not have my period. So I put it back in 7 days later. On the 7th day I noticed around my nipples were sore and still to this day they are still sore. So is there a chance I could be pregnant or could his be due to the NuvaRing?
