And im scared that if i dont eat any that my baby wont get all the nutrition that it needs. I've tried to eat different ones but it doesnt work out. Is there any other healthy food that will make up for the veggies? Someone told me that my prenantal vitamins arent enough i need more nutrition. I want my baby to be very healthy.

I guess there's a difference because when you use dry product you need for example two cups but if you use cooked rice you may need a cup ... Since it sucked water and its heavier so .. I also like cooking an egg in a small amount of olive oil in a non stick pan along with a small piece of whole grain toast and low cholesterol margarine. I will include a piece of fruit. Tbd I have never used Medifast personally, but a quick glance at their nutrition facts, and I would say if you are struggling with high cholesterol, I wouldn't go that route. Any pre-packaged items/shakes like that tend to be high in sodium and cholesterol- two things you want to stay away from. As with any diet- I'd ask your doctor before you start any plan to make sure it's right for you. I know losing weight can be tough!
Avatar f tn I literally lived off of organic dried blueberries and water, NOT a good idea. I started to feel really crappy; fatigued, losing weight, tired and my appetite decreased. But as soon as I did more research and found other options I could eat, I gained weight back and started feeling like me again. As far as changing your diet, any drastic change, even if its not as drastic as mine, you're going to notice. You might feel off for a while, but it DOES get better.

I put 1 banana, frozen strawberries and blueberries, a tbsp of peanut butter,orange juice and soy vanilla. Tastes good and good nutrition for baby. Lunch i eat a small caesar salad with grilled chicken. I usually cant tolerate dinner so i snack on grapes,cheese,graham crackers. Your probably not starving baby but vital nutrients are important for development.
