I've nearly made it through 5 days of sobriety from Vicodin. I've got a problem though. My stomach has been hurting and I've been Nauseous for the past 3 days, with today being the worst. The doctor gave me Naproxen for the pain. I haven't had any since this morning and I'm still sick. Can any tell me if it's the Naproxen that's causing this Nausea? I'm also taking Clonidine for the w/d's.

Like... they said at 10mg there are very few side-effects and at 20mg there are noticeable side-effects. But, you obviously don't want to change the dose on your own, as this can be extremely dangerous! But, it would be worth talking to your doctor about if the side-effects don't go away fast enough. Although... most of the time... with SSRIs in general I find, it can take 2 to 4 weeks for side-effects to go away and then they're gone for good.

I wonder whether I can just take Sulfasalazine and avoid Naproxen (pain killer) and Omeprazole (acid reducer) if pain is within my endurance level. i am currently taking 20mg citalopram, i suffer with server back problems and im usually prescribed naproxen 250mg which help with the pain. Am i able to take my naproxen with my citalopram? as i am currently lots of pain and unsure what can take.

I have been on Naproxen many times for back pain with no side effects. Hello, I am 28. I had a sexual intercorse with a sex worker a month back. I did use condom. After a week I started getting this pain in my epididymis. I went to the doctor and they did all the STD checks including the HIV DNA. All of them came negative. Apart from pain I didn't have any other issues like discharge or inflammation (at least wasn't visible outside). My physician put me on Doxycycline for 10days and that doesn't seemed to help.

I have had pain in my upper right side for almost a year now. Ive been on naproxen, nexium, dexilant, and many other medications but nothing is working. Ive been taking ibuphroen to ease the pain but its not helping any more. Ive had ultra sound on my stomach, ultra sound on gull bladder, die test on my gull bladder, x-rays, and many blood test run and they can't figure it out. Tommorrow im getting a scope test done but they act like thats not going to solve anything.
