Avatar n tn For the past six months I have lost 20 pounds (from 175-ideal to 155). I've had chronic fatigue, I never feel well rested after plenty of sleep, my appetite has been very low, I get very dizzy and light headed when I stand up often and need to catch my breath doing routine tasks. I also vomit 1-2x/month for now apparent reason-always at night. My first round of blood work showed nothing, second round showed everything fine (HIV neg, HEP A,B,C negative) but a very slightly low TSH.

It's not ideal but it's not earth-shattering. Don't worry! I am saying all this in order to rule it out. I am currently obtaining my ten-year history of mri brain scans that i would be happy to provide to medics for information if anyone wants to see them.

Avatar f tn My problem is my legs start itching so bad that I have to stop. It starts at my ankles and then goes up my legs. My dh told me to start pushing through it and it will go away if I just keep going. So I did that today and it started going up my stomach, so I decided it was time to stop because it was just too much to handle, and I was afraid that my whole body would end up like that. I usually start out with a 5-10 min walk and then work my way up to running.

I called my doc and they said that it takes 3 months before the hormones are out of your system. The mirena website makes it sound as though you can get pregnant anytime after removal. Avatar n tn I have change so many things in my life style to try to balance my body. I have lost weight, started eating better and even quit smoking. The itching is started to come less frequently, but it still comes. Mostly when I go the pool or have sex with my husband. So I try to avoid things that irritate it. I feel so bad for my poor husband who has had to put up with this. I'm sure everyone is different and these simple things may not work for you. I have not stoppped searching for an answer.

Avatar n tn I cut most all sugars and a lot of fat from my diet to keep from gaining weight as I age, and I think that has actually hurt me some to, even though it is a healthier diet. I think my body is reluctant to steal energy from fat cells or something when it coems to sex. In any case, holding back on porn/masturbation seems to help.
