1 .Alkaline, low carb diet. No junk foods, no sodas, no sweets, no fast food.
2. Drink plenty spring water 1 hour away from eating.
3. Coconut oil increases metabolism- Use only as a replacement for other fats.
4. Increase activity level, do some weight training (muscle burns a lot more calories than fat-don't worry, females do not "bulk" up easy,lol!), walk everywhere if possible, take the stairs instead of elevators.
5. Visualize your ideal body as often as you can!
