EG junction biopsy=mild nonspecific chronic inflammatory changes at esophagogastric junction. negative for intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia, or malignancy.
stains performed= warthin-starry for helicobacter pylori,AB/PAS for intestinal metaplasia and fungi.
please explain what all this means.
