I am so sorry for your loss. I am not sure how long you need to wait after a natural loss, but after my D&C's, I was told to wait about 10 days. I am sure that has more to do with the fact that it was a surgical procedure. I am sure you will be fine, but you should always be watching for signs of infection. They are a really foul smelling discharge, fever, and abdominal pain. And yes, you can get pregnant again soon after a m/c.

Hello. I dont have an answer 2 ur question but I do have a question 4 u. I had a natural mc. I started bleeding on sept. 27 and stopped on oct.2. My huaband n i have been having intercoures since oct. 3. I haven't gotten my menstrual cycle as of yet I dont have n symptoms besides being hungry. So what im wondering is did u get a cycle at all n should I take a preg test or should I wait 2 c if I get my cycle n november? Congrats on ur good news!!!!!!!!!

t really know about a natural miscarriage. I think the blood could possibly be thicker following a miscarriage due to the changes in your uterus. I hope this helps!

So there is hope for all of you wanting to conceive again right away. My miscarriage was at 5 weeks and it was natural on the 27 of June. On October 1, i already had my menstrual period which last for 5 days (my usual cycle). after my period , i had an unprotected sexual intercourse with my husband. until i saw my obstetrician and told me not get pregnant already. i have to wait for 4 months before i can get pregnant. My question is, what will happen if i got pregnant this early after my D & C and can i take contraceptive pills so as not to get pregnant or i should not have sexual intercourse until after 4 months?

Hi, I ovulated 17 days after my natural miscarriage (from the actual day I passed the placenta) then I got my period 12 days after ovulation. Although I did have a bit of spotting post ovulation then had a really heavy period. The next cycle I fell pregnant! Hope everything returns to normal for you quickly.

When did u ladies ovulate after ur miscarriage? And did you have a cycle before getting pregnant again? I had a miscarriage this past Sept. And I still haven't had a cycle yet, I know it can take 4-6 weeks the longest 8 weeks. So how do u know if ur ovulating during that time and is it possible to ovulate more than one time before getting a cycle since its not a normal wait? My husband and I are ready to try again, this experience made us realize we want a baby more than we ever thought.
