
2 years ago i was 210 lbs, i became a
vegetarian and an addict to exercies, the thing is its been 12 months that i just keep my
weight , and i have became more intense on my workouts, and more strict on my diet, i take a 1200-1300 cal diet, and a 2 hour workout high impact, 80 - 90 mins of cardio and 20-30 min of weight lifting, and about 5 mins of stretching, WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
