Avatar f tn I have been doing 7 miles a day on the stair stepper, but I am having trouble losing the weight. I plan on going back to bikram yoga in another 2 months when the twins are on solids and I can leave them for 2 hours at a time. My goal is to be back in a size 4 by September. What are you ladies doing to drop the weight? How is it going?
Avatar m tn When I was going to college, I took a workout class that was actually ROTCs pt class. The group encouragement was amazing!! Try looking into group classes offered by your gym or get a friend with similar goals. The buddy system is such a motivatior. Good luck!
1078783 tn?1255970354 Thurs 45+ Cardio and weights, thurs night kickboxing. Fri day off. Sat Spin class. Sun 6+ mile run. I have lost a stone in 18 months and gone down 2 dress size and lost 6 inches of my waist and gone down a bra size. I stand at 5'3 and weigh 9stone 5lb....put i still have a muffin top!!! I do have 3 kids and 2 of dem were a C section. I work my *** off but just can seem to lose my tum....please help....i'm getting sooooo fed up about it!!!
Avatar f tn Yes it's normal especially if ur on ur last month.. baby is swollowing the amniotic fluid. That's where the lost in weight comes from. We don't produce as much to replace it after a while cuz baby is getting ready for delivery.
Avatar f tn I lost 10 using the gym and pool before my struggle with tachycardia got worse. I agree that you need motivation but I also think you need to enjoy exercise. I went with a friend and had lots of fun. Not sure if it's a coincidance or not but I lost the 10kg before my sister join us at the gym. I have a lot of anxiety around my sister as she's a controling person and given any chance she will try to control me any way. I stopped loosing weight once she joined us.
Avatar f tn Its good you've set a goal and are looking to find out how to achieve it! However losing 15 pounds in a month is unrealistic and unhealthy. Did you know it takes about a year for your body to adjust to losing 10 pounds? It's important to remember weight loss is a marathon and not a sprint. In order to lose weight and keep it off, you shouldn't look at it as weight loss but a way to become healthier!
Avatar f tn Hi there,Im a Group exercise Instructor of high intensity cardio class and a barbell class as well.. Ive been teaching for 3years and even did the high intensity on my first four weeks. Coz I only found out Im preggy after a month, after I knew Im + I reduced the impact and do low options just to be safe. But I still do tuck jumps, lunges & high knee runs on a moderate. Spin should be okay but dont overdo it.
2053729 tn?1330435506 According to what I have researched, my BMR is 2485 and I eat about 1800 calories a day, so I should be losing weight just being me. Add in the approximate 2000 calories I burn with my exercise and I should be melting into a puddle! We do a lot of weights, pilates, abs, pushups, strength bands and squats at my aerobics class so I know my body is changing. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I have had my thyroid checked in the last 4 months and it was "normal".

In about 7 months I went down to my goal weight and it was awesome. About a month later, I started gaining. I figured I should change my exercise up so I took up more bootcamp and spin classes. I hadn't changed my diet, but the weight just kept coming. I've now gained 15 pounds since my weight loss.

Avatar f tn I have a question and hope you can help -- I am generally fit and in good health (by no means skinny). I jog/walk daily. I stick to a low carb (lean protein/vegetables) diet. I am 30 yrs old, 5'7 and usually flex between 135-139 pounds. I recently started an intense cardio kickboxing class which I LOVE. I go 3-4 times per week. Its an hour long class and it is super intense and works me out unbelievably. Ive been going for about 5 weeks now.

They asked him to stop it, which he did and stopped the spin thing from moving. The girls did not get off so he started spinning it again. He was asked not to do that. He then then decided to pull plants out the ground and was stopped, and this is when he started really punching himself in the face.

We have considered this as a possible explanation. We have read that spinning can cause ob. We are also currious as to whether the Phentermine could be having an affect on her immune system. I have lost nothing. I am constantly tired despite getting 7 hours of sleep each night. I am getting frustrated. Any suggestions?

It was a beautiful day and I spent a good share of it outside, starting with my morning walk and ending with relaxing in the porch, watching the birds. In between, I watched a video of a calligraphy class that took place while I was on vacation and included a class in painting flowers. Anyway, everything was pretty quiet again this week - no doctor's appointments, etc.

That is a really big question. many a child has something they do that is funky to watch but not having anything to do with a disorder of some sort. So, with that said--- a bigger list of what is going on with her might be helpful. Because here is the thing, if it is the stimming that an autistic child does, the worst thing you can do is try to stop it.

The class said per couple so I was assuming you'd need to go with a partner. I do not have anybody that's close like that to go with me either. I have gained 15/16 lbs in 21 weeks which is right on track with what my doc says.I have an insulin pump as well as a CGM attached to me trying to monitor the patterns of high/low blood sugars. I teach Spin and exercise regularly. Its weird that when I am teaching a Spin class I can't feel the baby kick but when my blood sugar goes high I can feel her kick me a lot.
Avatar f tn During this month’s cycle, I noticed I had a small bit of uncontrolled urination when I pulled my tampon (out both times after spin class). Honestly, not sure where it came from - my urethra or my vagina - I think vagina. Could it be urine? Or a lot of sweat? I’ve never had children if that helps at all. I have had an ovarian cyst removed a few years ago.I am 29 years old.
