
I would suggest mixing resistance training (does not need to be in a gym, push ups, sit ups, pullups),
jump roping, along with cardio. Sorry if this sounds a bit crude, but you need to be sweating like a pig to know that you are reaching your goal. Also your diet will need to be adjusted. Zero fast food, zero sugar. If you can eliminate breads altogether. Increase you veges and non-sugary fruits to roughly 8-9 servings a day.
