I fear by watching porn so much in highschool and off and on ever since I fear i have a disorder that can't be fixed with time. Avatar f tn But if you mean fat from a body it can be done only by burning it (apart from the surgery). You can burn the extra fat by creating the deficit of you daily calories allowance - dieting and/or by doing exercises. Combination of both of them works the most efficient.

Did you know it takes about a year for your body to adjust to losing 10 pounds? It's important to remember weight loss is a marathon and not a sprint. In order to lose weight and keep it off, you shouldn't look at it as weight loss but a way to become healthier!

I am currently in high school and a few months ago(around april) I started to have an unnatural urge to pee in class. It wasn't just slightly uncomfortable either, it was so bad that I had to physically move around to stop(or I think stop) myself peeing which is quite embarassing in class and also in assemblies when I had them.

1467664 tn?1288579313 A couple thoughts, Sam. Have you been checked for thyroid? Thyroid disease is more common with us type 1's and that could make it very hard to lose weight. Do get a simple blood test for your thyroid fuction. One sure way that type 1's gain weight is to go by the philosophy of "eat whatever I want and bolus for it". That means more carbs, more insulin, more weight and possible development of insulin resistance which you do not want!
