I like the Wii and PS3....I haven't gotten into any Xbox 360 games...I like the Wii games for the children...But I would have to say the PS3 for me...
s a toss up because the graphics on the Xbox 360 are better.
Here is a game for those who enjoy any kind of games. Board Games, Video Games, T.V. Games, Computer Games, etc.
Rules:
The rules are very similar to the Song Titles: Alphabet Game, but instead of song titles you would list a game.
Beginning at A, then when we reach Z the game would begin again at A.

gilllian, I kind of hoped you had reposted to say you had figured out a way to give your son a room, or at least a permanent bed instead of kind of soft pedaling that your husband doesn't sleep with you so he can play his video game.
Did you work out the situation with your son?
I bought my husband an xbox 360 for christmas because he wanted it really bad and he never gets anything for himself. So I bought it for him and he's been attached ever since. I go to bed alone most of the time and nothing gets done around the house unless I have a nutty. On top of all that, my husband is a sore looser so there is lots of swearing and yelling at the idiots that play this game "CALL OF DUTY 4" all over the world.
Do brain games like on the Xbox 360 or magazine brain games. Nintendo DS has wonderful Brain Game pkgs. These actually help. My brain function has increased 4% since doing the 360 one on a regular basis.
Meds can affect your memory also. I'm taking Topamax for migraines, side effect....memory difficulties, duh, yea! It got really bad recently so I lowered the dose and Voila' my memory improved.
Oh boy. The thing is, gaming is as much an addiction as anything else but people kind of poo poo it because they think it is harmless. What you describe isn't harmless. I'm glad he is still going to work and I guess he goes to bed at some point, but it is a bit over the top.
It looks like addiction to me when it has begun to rule his homelife the way it has.
This is life for a lot of women these days, because their partners seem to spend all their spare time playing computer games.
I can understand that he may want to use it as time to relax and let off steam after working all day, but there has to be a compromise, and he should be spending time with you as well and not just playing on his XBox the whole time.
I do think your feelings are normal, and you're not over reacting. I was also question is he is really happy, not just you.

ive had an ultrasound by the specialist himself and he said i had a good heart.... but when i play video games i get real nervouse lots and my heart will start pounding.. after this happens a few times for about 3-4 days later i can feel my heart beat a little more and it seems to be a little faster... say mid 70 beats per minute... but yeah my doctors say everything is could so im woundering what this could be thkss...
Find anything you can to keep your mind occupied, maybe things you enjoy. Playing games online? Movies? XBox? etc.
The days after my last post I just relaxed and the symptoms seems to calm down, until I spent a full day typing on my computer, driving and playing xbox 360 games... This made it a lot worse all night and the next morning, it even hurt to drive. It usually stops hurting when I stop doing the certain things that make it hurt. After doing further research I feel that I may have carpal tunnel syndrome caused by repetitive strain from all the computer gaming that I usually do a lot of.
Can u play the kennect games or Wii games while being prego??? I'm 15 wks now, I personally don't see why not because nothing is in physical contact with u like in other sports like basketball,baseball and football... just wondering is it safe?
