I immediately went to see an urologist, after telling him everything, he gave me a shot of Ceftriaxone at the center vein of the right arm and prescribed me two pills, Azee 500mg and Levofloxacin 750mg, 5 tablets each over 5 days after lunch(azee) and before sleep(levofloxacin).
Today is the second day of my course and the burning sensation while urinating has reduced from before but the eyes still stay red throughout the day.

He said there is a chance for me to acquire chlamydia, gu, other ngu and herpes. He gave me some antibiotics (Levofloxacin 250mg x 2 for 7 days) to take care of any potential UTI and told me to monitor my penis in the coming time (didn't say for how long) for any herpes symptoms.
I was kind of relieved after seeing your posts here. But since I have been told I am at risk it will be nice to get a second opinion from an expert.

I am a male, and 8 days ago I had oral sex and very short (less than a minute) unprotected vaginal sex. Because I freaked out, I took Levaquin (2 tablets, not sure of the mg, but very large pills). I took the pills 3 days ago.
Today I got very ill, with a sore throat and noticed that I have a sore testicle. The soreness in my testicle is not my imagination, it is pretty tender.
About 4 months ago I had protected sex with a sex worker and the condom broke (big mistake). The next day i wake up and my foreskin is swollen like 5x its normal size all the way around(I start freaking out). This subsided next day but then 2-3 weeks later a burning sensation appears at the tip of my penis and has been constant now for 4 months. I have had 2 very mild dribbling discharges and a big one after completion of leprofloxcin.
0 gram dose of azithromycin or doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 7 days are recommended therapy for NGU. Levofloxacin will probably work however and is a good drug for prostatitis.
Tested again for same stds. Prescribed Levofloxacin once a day for 14 days. Test came back 4 days later negative and Levofloxacin gave me weird side effects and doc advised to stop taking it.
Urologist on 8/6: Gave Urine Test again for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Test is negative. Given order for urine test for U. Urealyticum and a Kidneys-Ureters-Bladder Xray. Get the results of both Xray and Urine Culture on Monday 8/25.

I have been to the doctor about 6 times for chronic scrotum discomfort. My scrotum is red and has dark blue veins on it. I hooked up with a girl at a bar, she gave me unprotected oral and we had protected sex. Ever since then I have had scrotum discomfort. It started out with anal itching and an itchy scrotum and slight burning when I urinate. 3 months later I just have an extremely red scrotum and some dark veins on it. Doctors are dismissing this as normal.
I went back to the doctor and he gave me levofloxacin for tonsillitis but my throat is still sore on the 8th day on levofloxacin. In september i had a lung infection which i used levofloxacin for and i was coughing up greenish phlegm and it worked for that. I did smoke blunts for that time in september but I've stopped smoking weed for about a month now, and everytime i would smoke weed i would get itchy.
I have been on the levofloxacin for 5 days now and the testicle ache has gone and come back, along with the irritation under the head. Still no discharge excepting during one bowel movement. My significant other has been suffering from mid month spotting from a low dose pill for months, however this month it is heavier and longer like a full fledged period. Any ideas on what is going on? The only thing I can come up with is a false negative for chlamydia on the initial test.
would that course of antibiotics affect, somehow, the reliability of the test results for bacterial STDs? I mean, could it have "weakened" the bacteria to the point where it wouldn't show up in the tests but were still in my system?
I'm worrying mainly about Syphilis, but I never noticed a chancre or anything (but I know those can go unnoticed).
Should I trust the negative results? Should I test again? Right now it's been four months since the encounter.

A ran to my gynecologist and asked for an STD test, however due to lack of discharge he only checked me for chlamydia and he did a general swab. I was given azithromycin for 6 days, ciprofloxacin for 5 days and flagyl ovules. I felt fine after the treatment and my doctor told me i did not have chlamydia. My life went on, i only was experiencing a mild yellowish discharge but i didn't really bother about that (too bad, my mistake).

I had unprotected oral sex which lasted for less than 2 minutes and proceeded to a protected vaginal sex about 3 - 4 weeks ago. Currently, my semen when i ejaculate, is in between the colour of yellow and brown. Also, i do have some minor/little pain near my epididymis area. Do I have STD? if so what sort of STD?
No urgency/frequency, just urethral pain at the start and post urination with burning, put on another 3 weeks of levofloxacin 500mg once a day for the urethral discomfort.
DEC. 2014 - Urinalysis/culture repeated, CT/GC DNA test - all negative & normal no growth
JAN. 2015 - Put on Doxycycline 100mg twice a day 10 days, no improvement
FEB. 2015 (4 months post exposure) - CT/GC test repeated, HSV 1&2 IGg, Hepatitis B&C, HIV antibodies, VDRL (for syphillis) - all negative

And the question is: does this sound like chlamydia? or any other STD in fact? I'm thinking it isn't by the timeframe of last genital sexual contact, and that I took BOTH doxycyclien and levofloxacin which are effective against Chlamydia trachomatis. But I just want to ask here to see what you guys think about the symptoms related to my testes.
Have you been diagnosed with syphilis through a blood test?
I went to urologist on the 1st day and he gave me cravit levofloxacin for 5 days hence am still under medication.
I told him that i had unprotected sex last week (6 days before i went to doctor) and he suggested me to take that medication first and perform another urine test afterwards.
Based on own research, there are 3 main possibilities:
-Chlamydia
-Gonorrhea
-Urethritis
Could anyone advise or happen to hav the same symptom before?
NB: i do not see any green or yellow discharge.
