Walking short distances, standing for long periods, running, swimming, cycling, yoga
poses such as warrior 2, squatting, balancing on one leg. (no knee pain
during a month where I was bed ridden due to unrelated illness).
PAIN IN OTHER AREAS OF BODY:
Hips and glute med ( I have been working on hip flexibility, glute max strength and rolling hips, glutes, quads and IT band in hopes of helping my knees.
