I was wondering that for the treatment of GW, if homeopathic medicine such as Wartol is any effective?
I heard that it can work for some people but not as well for others, i was just curious and wanted an opinion before proceed with the treatment.
Also, what treatments do you usually use that you find the most effective?
my wife and i believe my son was diagnosed wrongly with schizophreia, the doctor started a treatment with paxil 10 mg oral, and risperodine 2 mg oral. we are checking for a second opinion, but we are not sure if he should or not keep taking the medicine, is only 7 days since the firts dosis. he is 18 years old, but evrytime he takes it is worts....please any advice,,,,thank you..
This is a homeopathic formula containing several commonly used homeopathic remedies. It is used for back pain caused by bad discs and such. This is not typically how homeopathy is used to cure, rather this is a symptomatic relief. Cures would usually be one constitutional remedy, applied through trial and error, in much higher dilutions than the ones used in formulas. This might give you some relief, it might not -- homeopathy is very hit and miss.

My 13 year old lab has moderate hip dyspepsia coupled with cancer of the bone in her jaw. I was giving her 1 estolac? pill daily but got to the point the other day that I felt she needed something stronger. The vet then prescribed Deramaxx, 100mg daily for pain. This does not seem to be working as well, furthermore I am paying $2.40 per pill!! I wish I were in a financial position to "treat her at any cost", but I am disabled and on a fixed income.

For several years, I have experienced severe jaw nerve pain. The pain is located very deep in the jaw behind my teeth, almost in my neck. I have been to several dentists, had xrays and exams and they cannot find a problem. I liken the pain to eating a lemon....that piercing feeling you get in the jaw ...only multiplied about 50 times. This is very painful and aspirin, muscle relaxers, pain medication etc does not relieve it at all.

Surgeon said Fosamax caused this condition and pain.(fossy jaw) I also had to have a bone implant in my jaw.How do I get rid of this constant painful condition? I notified the dentist again about the persisting jaw pain and asked him about any treatment methods or habits to help heal the TMJ pain. Besides telling me about salt rinses and to avoid chewy foods, he told me that treatment was not possible.
