I am 35 years old, M .I have some small white dots on my upper lips from more than 5 years ago. Its like a line of dots on the middle of my upper lip. no itching and no pain. I heard this dots are normal and are not STD. my question is : how i can get rid of them? is there any medicine or remedy?

I am going to a new internal medicine doctor tomorrow because I have a variety of health issues that aren't being addressed by my other docs. I would like to be referred to a pain management doctor for a couple of my problems. How do you go about getting referred to a pain specialist? Will this tick off my new doc when I tell him this?
I know this is something to be concerned about but the Internal medicine Doctors cant get the psychiatric doctors to put a stop to such damaging medicine. Can we place internal medicine as a higher rank than psychiatry? Or what do I do?
