Was on Incivic for 48 weeks with riba ad interferon. Showed undetected for 9 months but at 6 months after treatment, showing detected. Docs have suggested Harvoni now, but at 12 weeks with riba. Is this typical of should I be doing 24 weeks?

The current guidelines for treating Genotype 1a or 1b is the triple medication regimen using Interferon, Ribavirin, and a protease inhibitor (either Incivek or Victrellis). The triple med regimen has been the treatment for Genotype a since June 2011. (Approved in May 2011).
