Index finger moves by itself

Common Questions and Answers about Index finger moves by itself

finger

Avatar m tn I took a puck off of my right index finger and didn't really notice any immediate pain. Over the next couple days I noticed that I couldn't form a fist because my finger was very swollen and hurt to bend that far. Upon further observation I noticed that my first finger knuckle had become very wide, but the rest of my finger remained regular size. It is also very sensitive to touch.
Avatar n tn It will heal by itself, seems like she bit HARD.
Avatar m tn Three days ago I woke up feeling pain in my right index finger. I kind of ignored it and it would just hurt sometimes when I did something in some positions like holding the mouse, typing on the keyboard and etc. Yesterday I woke up and realized my index finger is kind of swollen but not a lot. Like you could barely tell it was swollen. Now today my whole hands hurts like deep inside I feel this painful sharp pain and I think my finger is still a bit swollen.
Avatar m tn Another possibility is that this is actually going the other way, that the issue is in your forearm such as a pinched nerve and moving down to the thumb and index finger. I suggest you see your doctor to help sort this out. Let us know what they say.
Avatar f tn but a week and a half ago another one formed on the same finger (my right index finger) just a little below where the other one did... this one did the exact same thing and is now in the process of turning into another scar. now.. This morning I woke up and realised another one has formed on my left hands index finger... What is it and what should I do?
Avatar m tn t understand what it was so i touched it with my index finger and to my surprise it was blood which am sure was from the girl who was having her menstruations. there was a thin layer of the mens on my index finger which i wiped immediately om the cloth cover of the seat itself. i could not see any sign of blood on my finger. after parking the car that is after five to ten minutes of the incident i walked to my flat waiting for the lift to come i used the index finger to clean my nostril.
Avatar m tn Another stripper was in bikini bottom--I placed my finger on the bikini material (which was wet with her fluids) with right index finger and middle finger and pressed (over clothing material), into the vagina for approximately two seconds. I had clipped my fingernails that day very short where the pink pigmentation was somewhat showing- the finger was sore the next day from clipping so short. There was no blood or cracks (on finger) that I am aware of.
Avatar m tn Not an HIV concern.
Avatar m tn 5) Fast single twitch - both right fingers and left fingers 6) Rhymthmic pop twitch of the right forearm that moves my right index finger up and down which is my PRIMARY concern - It happens after action (pick up a mug, pull ups, opening a refrigerator, moving my arms, walking) and at rest. it feels like a pop in my right forearm at a rate of 1.5 -2hz (for 30sec to a min) which makes my right index finger goes, up and down, rest for a millisec, then goes up and then down.
Avatar m tn this was not a risk even if this did happen to be blood.
Avatar n tn Do you have numbness of the index finger along with the pain? if yes, it could be carpal tunnel syndrome as it involves index finger mainly. Another possibility is of Raynaud’s phenomenon which is constriction of the blood vessels of the fingers and toes. But it is accompanied by skin color changes. Apply ice compresses over the finger. You can also take OTC pain killers. They should help. Also get your blood sugar levels evaluated.
Avatar f tn Long story short, I started giving her masterbation by taking my index finger and rubbing on her clit. And there was no barrier between my finger and her vagina. Of course I could feel the vaginal fluid on my finger. I have always had this very minor wound (if I can call it that) in between my nail and the finger.
Avatar m tn At a family get together on the 18th. I was burned by a bottle rocket on my left hand. The index finger is the worst, being numb during most of the day. The middle finger, ring finger and thumb also have burns. All fingers are dexterous, I can feel pressure when applied and nerves seem ok. The index finger is burned on the area near the nail bed including the nail itself, the burn is isolated to the right side of the nail and finger.
1625195 tn?1332178662 There is little to no numbness. The ring finger is the same as well. But my middle finger, index finger and thumb are definitely numb and slightly swollen. My index finger, though, is the only finger experiencing some pain along with the numbness and swelling. Things to note: I did not bang my elbow on anything.
Avatar f tn They occur at rest and my hand is so intense that I can see the muscle twitch and it moves my index finger. Has anyone had this with a spine injury??
Avatar m tn A splinter had gone inside the mid section of my index finger about 10 years ago. When I pinch this area, I still feel the foreign object is inside. Morever this area has become very rough compared to the same section in other fingers. Is there some thing i can do to make my finger noraml again. A doctor I had visited recommended Salycillic acid but it did nothing except to peel of a layer of my skin. I get a feel that the foreign object is buried about 1.5 cms inside -roughly .
Avatar m tn He had a mishap with a machine and it ended up slicing through his index finger, under the nail. The nail was ripped off and part of the upper nail bed (in the body of the finger itself) is exposed. He put the nail back into place, however the nail bed (?) is still exposed. Should he go to a doctor and get stitches for the injury? See photo: [IMG]http://i51.tinypic.com/2nbd2k7.
Avatar n tn My fingers actually slope down -- index finger is the longest, followed by middle finger and ring finger, with my pinky being the shortest. I only have knuckles on my thumb and index finger, which explains why the other three fingers on each hand are shorter. I always figured that my hands were going to be too big for my body (I'm pretty petite), and maybe this was my body's way of correcting that.
Avatar m tn It occurs when I press the left side of the joint ( the one closest to my index finger) using my thumb. I don´t know if it is the bone or some kind of ligament or tendon that is actually moving, but I can fell something moves out of place. I don´t feel any kind of pain and the joint seens to be working properly.
1336836 tn?1275740921 What could cause my index finger to be numb and tingle when touching the joint of the finger?
Avatar f tn After the voting I realized that my index finger has the lilltle thingy ( like skin peel off ur index finger and present a small cut). Because my finger already cover with the ink I cannot see clearly if the cut already formed the scab to protect the open and m not sure when did I get that.
Avatar m tn Last night I was laying in bed on my left side, and turned around to the other side and suddenly my left thumb and index finger felt weird and they wouldnt extend. I could move them slightly up, but its like they got stuck halfway. After 20 seconds or so, they went back to normal and I got this electric feeling all the way from hand to shoulder. I had this weird tightening/pain right at the wrist too. I havent had any issues since.
591866 tn?1218929027 I am 17 years old, and I play the piano. Eight years ago, I had a stroke, and it temporarily paralyzed the right side of my body. For about a month, my mom took me to a doctor once a week for "therapy." I had to touch my nose with my right-hand index finger and then touch his finger. It was difficult for a time. After about a month, we stopped doing it. I don't know why. If I do it now, it looks like I never had a stroke.
Avatar n tn i moved every join in my index finger and thumb 5000 times a day (left hand) with my right hand. I know, it took me hoursbut i had very little to do anyways. My hand is now functional.
