I am also transiting through menopause compounding the overall problem. How long can I use this medicine. My doc says I can use it for 20 years safely.

In particular, cluster headaches develop during sleep and may last for several hours. Attacks occur every day for weeks and even months, then disappear for a certain time. If your tablets does not help that much, prescription medications such as vasoconstrictors and anti-inflammatory drugs before and during menstrual period may help.

How long can a attack last? I am going on 4 months of not feeling well. But at the beginning it only effected my left side of my face with numbness and my right eye twitching. As well as Migraine head aches, and extreme fatigue. After 2 1/2 month I started to fell about 85-90% better.
