I have used peanut butter, avocados, whole milk, granola bars, cheese and some processed sausages. The
heartburn and nausea at night has been bad and the cause of some insomnia. I have found that if I eat a banana a few minutes prior to the fat, I do not get the heartburn. So far the side effects have been not too bad and if I can solve the nausea and heartburn, I may luck out. Does anyone see a problem with eating a banana before the fat?
