299260 tn?1304219705 ( When I was taking 25mg of progesterone twice a day, it delayed my AF by a day. So now that I'm taking 50mg twice a day, do you all think it'll delay my AF even more than that?? ad_06- Don't worry, your numbers will rise! :) Tomorrow is almost here! :) Keyan- Thanks for the note, and thanks for always staying positive for me! You're awesome! :) Leighanne- Aww... sorry about Jaedyn! I hope he starts feeling better soon! Rachjas- How are you feeling? I'm crossing everything sweetie!!
299260 tn?1304219705 Keyan- Thanks for the note! :) I'm so sorry this cycle is messing with you so bad! :( I know that's gotta be so aggrivating! Hopefully she'll show by the end of the week since that is what Medhelp is predicting with your chart... Maybe if AF doesn't show by the end of the week, you can get some provera to bring on AF? I haven't posted pics yet of the baby shower. I'm waiting for the family to send them to me! lol! Since it was a suprise, I wasn't prepared with a camera! Haha!!
299260 tn?1304219705 I figure lets get their eyes open first, and then maybe I'll let them say hi! Scripps- Ya know, when I was pregnant with Kayln, I worked up until 3 days before giving birth to her! And I feel GREAT with this pregnancy so far! The only reason I would quit working is if I had to, but if it keeps going like this, I'll just work right up until I have her too! :) I may cut my hours back some in a few months. Sean really wants me to, but like I said, we'll see how I feel!

Avatar f tn A lot of women don't get symptoms. Its nothing to worry about.
Avatar n tn I'll be 46 at the end of this month & just moved to a new state so I don't have the luxury of knowing any doctors. In the last 1-2 months I suddenly gained 40 + lbs & look pregnant. That seems to be where the weight all is. A urinalysis proved negative for pregnancy on Monday & with my 3 grown kids I did not gain this much weight &/or so fast. I just look pregnant & feel "full - heavy - tired & short of breath" most of the time.
Avatar n tn Although on another site I was on alot of women said they got pregnant right away like days after and some weeks after, try looking at other sites.
Avatar f tn He is so happy but he doesn't understand all the riskes being pregnant at 45. I know most women my age will have a miscarriage. And the birth defects rate is so high. I work 2 jobs to make enough money to send my older son off to college in less than 2 months. I have high blood pressure and low blood sugar. I'm tired all the time only getting 5 hours of sleep on most nights.
Avatar f tn It is so annoying. I read it could be heartburn. Any remedies for heartburn besides Tums or medication?
Avatar n tn Within days, I felt better than I had felt in years. Then, 2 weeks later, I got pregnant for the first time. My husband and I had been trying for a while. I have a beautiful 8 month old now. Also, I had become intolerant of several foods, such as all dairy, and now I can tolerate these foods again. Just not gluten. And I was totally unaware of the problem before I went gluten free (could not see any connection between how I was feeling and the consumption of gluten).
202615 tn?1271373104 Hi, I have heard of many women getting pregnant after a 3 day transfer. There is a gal on here that had a 3 day transfer and was told not to get her hopes up because it more than likely would not take. She has a beautiful baby girl now!! I am not sure about implantation. Congratulations on your transfer, I hope that little bean sticks!
Avatar n tn Found this on: http://www.babycenter.com/0_chart-over-the-counter-medications-during-pregnancy_1486462.bc This chart lists over-the-counter medicines considered "low risk" for pregnant women when taken for the occasional mild illness. It also mentions a few that are not safe. Of course, nothing is 100 percent safe for all women, so it's a good idea to check with your doctor or midwife before taking any kind of medicine during pregnancy.
Avatar f tn I use Tums, it is necessarily natural but it is not a serious medication and the Dr. is totally fine with pregnant women taking it. It is a life saver because it works within a few minutes.
Avatar f tn Medical experts are not sure what causes pregnant women to have excessive salivation during early pregnancy, but some believe that hormonal imbalances are likely triggers. However, since morning sickness is also a condition experienced by most pregnant women, they tend to swallow less thus causing a buildup of saliva in the mouth.
147803 tn?1234403260 I'd cut the pepto out asap. But don't freak out too much! :) It isn't good for pregnant women, but I would say you and baby will be fine...just don't take anymore! You can take Emetrol for nausea and m/s....it's an OTC med. I think it comes in lemon and cherry. I had the lemon and it's super thick but if you can handle nasty pepto you can handle anything!
1924208 tn?1324727741 And my mom said to keep ginger ale around as we age as women whether pregnant or not lol. She had me cracking up! She's like on top of having periods, being pregnant, and going through menopause, we have to deal with indigestion during it all with urinating problems during the entire lifespan! Lol then she's like women chose not to have kids STILL will feel every bit of body issues the rest of us feel, can't hide from it!
Avatar n tn Check with your doctor or nurse about any prescription or over-the-counter medicines as well as herbal supplements. What medicines can I take? Many pregnant women aren’t sure what types of medicines are safe to take. Below are some recommended medicines for common discomforts, colds, and the flu. For headaches, muscle aches, or mild pain, you may take 2 regular strength acetaminophen(ah-SEE-tah-min-oh-fen) tablets (325mg), like Tylenol, every 6 hours as needed.
Avatar m tn Ask about starting a prenatal vitamin that contains folic acid, calcium, and iron. It's especially important for women who are planning to become pregnant to take vitamins with folic acid beforehand, because neural tube defects (problems with the normal development of the spine and nervous system) happen in the first 28 days of pregnancy, often before a woman even knows she's pregnant.
151668 tn?1239924705 Problems that seem to keep coming up are heartburn, constipation, can't sleep, itchy skin, swollen feet,etc...etc... So post away with all your advice! Thanks!
Avatar f tn I had my son in April, found out in July I was pregnant again!! But when it comes to being able to sleep comfortably,no heartburn, shortness of breath.. or my baby boy being healthy, I'll totally wait it out.
Avatar n tn Again, if this is interrupting your daily functioning (work, home life, etc.), call your doctor. Anti-nausea meds have been used with thousands of pregnant women who went on to have healthy babies. Best wishes, and I hope you start feeling better soon.
Avatar f tn I have nausea all day until i go to sleep. I am only 12 weeks pregnant.
10227424 tn?1410561788 From what I have seen a lot of women prefer to be induced naturally. So when they ask about remedies to be induced they aren't so much looking for some chemical that they can down or insert like caster oil to force the baby out. Walking. Unless you're on bed rest, they tell you to do 20-30 minutes of a day. Sex, unless your doctor tells you otherwise you can do at any point. Eating pineapples.... ITS FOOD.
1541869 tn?1293124759 One is B-Natal TheraPops are cherry flavored lollipops which have been shown to help cure morning sickness for many women. Another Vitamin B-6 enriched product is called Morning Sickness Magic. Morning Sickness Magic is a herbal remedy containing Ginger, Vitamin B-6, Red Raspberry Leaf and Folic Acid. * Avoid warm places as heat can increase the nausea feelings. * Take naps during the day (but not right after eating). Tiredness plays a big part in morning sickness.
Avatar n tn Calling to check into Medicaid is a great idea--most times pregnant women who have lower incomes automatically qualify, and many times your child qualifies after he/she is born until a certain age. Kassimom is right too about WIC. However, I don't think you will be successful in getting the baby's father to pay anything yet, nor will he owe back child support when the baby is born (if I read that correctly). Child support can't legally start until there is a child born.
Avatar n tn I am 27 and I've had 1 period in 7 months, I had one in April 2006, then did not have another until August 19 2006 and have not had one since, I know Am not pregnant because i took a test and my husband's had a vasectomy 20 months ago. I have a 2 year old and ever since i had him my periods have been messed up, but not like this. Could i be going thru early menopause?
Avatar f tn Before we found out the gender I mentioned this difference to my doctor and he said that vomiting is seen more often when you're pregnant with girls...in my case he was right. However, my mom threw up with all her pregnancies, including her son so you never know!
